Introducing Align with Izzy… your newly qualified Level 3 Mat Pilates Instructor 🤍✨

Growing up as a dancer, fitness & wellbeing has always been a huge part of my life. After being diagnosed with an autoimmune condition nearly 3 years ago my relationship with exercise completely changed. It became less about pushing myself, and more about learning to listen to my body. Finding a love for Pilates gave me a way to rebuild my strength and confidence in every way🥺✨

More than anything, Pilates has given me a moment to switch off and just be present — and that’s exactly what I want to pass on in my classes. A space where you can come in, leave everything else at the door, and focus on yourself after a busy day at work!

Alongside me teaching Pilates in my spare time, I will still be working full-time in fashion buying, my true passion🤍

This account is where those two parts of my life come together — from Pilates classes to everyday outfits, aligning fitness and fashion together.

I’m so excited for this new chapter of mine🥺✨💕 by @align.with.izzy

Revisiting this studio moment 🤍

After a pretty tough month and having to press pause on life for a little while, I’m so excited to slowly be getting back into work, teaching Pilates and doing what I love 🥹

I’ll be teaching at The Wellness Space every Friday at 6am, and my timetable is expanding very soon… so lots more Pilates to come 🥹🫶🏼

This last month has definitely reminded me how important it is to listen to your body, slow down when you need to and give yourself time to recover. Sometimes taking a step back is exactly what you need 🤍

So excited to be back on the mat with you all, see you soon✨ by @align.with.izzy

A little re-introduction 🤍✨

If you’ve been here for a while, you’ll know this page has changed a little over the years. It started with posting outfits & inspo then since graduating with a Fashion Buying & Merchandising degree two years ago I have since been building my career in fashion buying, whilst also turning my love of Pilates into something I now get to teach part-time 🧘🏼‍♀️🤍

I’ve been sharing bits of my Pilates journey on here for a few months now but I wanted to bring everything I love into one space — fashion, outfit inspo, Pilates, movement, wellness & figuring out my 20s along the way 🫶🏼

So this is like a little refresh and a chance to properly re-introduce myself and share a little more of what I get up to 🤍

Thank you to my @urs.socially_ _ for capturing these ☁️🫶🏻✨ by @align.with.izzy

A serious leg burner🌶️🔥

Reminder that progress isn’t always fast—sometimes it’s found in the slow, controlled reps that challenge you most. ✨
