We are launching our first 10 weeks small group classes program on the Integral Movement Method (IMM) by Jeannie Di Bon, at Align Physiotherapy & Pilates, Randwick, Sydney. A dedicated safe space I have been dreaming for a long time, for patients with hypermobility, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and Fibromyalgia.
The program will consist of 10 weeks of IMM mat based classes, on groups of 4 people maximum. We will introduce everyone into the method, and while keeping a similar program, everyone will be provided modifications or variations if needed.
We want to help you immerse in the method and slowly get a greater understanding of your body while training in a safe space within a nice community that gets you.

What is the Integral Movement Method? A technique created by @jeannie_di for people with hypermobility, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and Chronic Pain. We are having 2 open classes and a talk about the method and how comorbidities affect the musculoskeletal system. For bookings contact reception@align.net.au or 93263444. Integral Movement Method - SYDNEY, AUS - 19/5 5,30 pm and 6,15 pm Open Class & Fundraising-.
May is the Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome awareness month, and because of it we are running 2 Open classes at @align_physio_pilates ( Sydney, Australia) on the Integral Movement Method by @jeannie_di , on the hands of our certified IMM and clinical pilates teacher Coti Cibils @anatomical_movement. The proceeds of the classes will be donated to @ehlers.danlos (global) and @ctdnetworkaust (Australia). The classes will be an introduction to the method and will include a talk about it and about how comorbidities can affect stability and pain as well.
