loved this standing booty/full body flow from tonight. a new staple in the rotation. heel elevated on pilates ball throughout, b stance rdl, overhead press, then combining the two. simple and effective, just the way i like it

quick and effective burners are my favorite

hands down one of my favorite sequences i’ve taught. full body roaster - core, glutes, back, & legs. no equipment needed. simple, controlled, effective. i did add ONE more pulse after the hold to finish it off in class. side note: POINT or FLEX your feet/toes through your exercises - HUGE missed opportunity to build your legs through any exercise without incorporating this. i hate standing work and do it very minimally in my classes, yet my legs are still so strong - and i credit that fully to my pointed toes for engaging my quads.

morning in my life but it’s december 2022. i just celebrated my 28th birthday, took my first reformer class, and grabbed a honey cinnamon iced latte 📹

4.5x speed 😮‍💨 simple, controlled, EFFECTIVE. movement: bridge roll down. utilizing: 15lb weight on hips, inner thigh ball connection, and feet on foam roller for instability. articulating through my spine, each vertebrae at a time. #pilates #movement #fy by @alignbyannie
