Had the best time teaching a Pilates class for @madisontomas fundraising event!!🥰
Thank you to everyone who took my class! Everyone killed it and the energy was amazing. 💪🏻
So very proud of my cousin for setting her heart on something and not letting anything stop her from reaching her goal. Can’t wait to watch you kill it in the NYC Marathon!
If anyone is interested in donating to Maddie and Project Purple reach out to me or @madisontomas!💜 taken in Babylon, New York by @alignedwalexa

This right here🤍
There’s nothing better than leading a room of amazing people, feeding off their energy and growing stronger together. 💪🏻
Movement is about so much more than exercise - it’s about connection, confidence and becoming the best version of ourselves!

Feeling very grateful!🥰🧘‍♀️

HUGE thank you to everyone who came and voluntarily put themselves through HEAT, shakes and pulses to support me teaching my first Pilates class! So grateful for all the love, laughs and good energy in the room you made this all so special for me!

An even bigger thank you to @k_pantaleo at @studio175_ny for allowing me to use your beautiful space for this class. This is the place that I discovered my love for Pilates and where I discovered I wanted to make people feel the way you and your instructors make me feel. Doing this here meant so much to me!!

Thank you so much @frankie.raia for capturing this day through your lens and @brandonglasss for always pushing me to follow my dreams!

More Pilates fun to come!!!!!😊🧘‍♀️ taken in Studio 175 by @alignedwalexa
