I’m not your typical coach.
I’m not your typical RMT either.
But I’ve never been more aligned with who I am and how I serve.

For years, I tried to separate the parts of me that didn’t “fit” into traditional wellness or professionalism.

The intuitive.
The energy reader.
The woman who senses emotional blocks before a word is spoken.
The guide who reads muscle tension and energy waves like a story your body is aching to tell.

But here’s what I know now:
Alignment happens when we stop fragmenting ourselves.

So let me reintroduce myself, with nothing left out.

I’m Nix 👋🏾
An Alignment Coach, Energy Mentor, and Registered Massage Therapist with 14+ years of experience in bodywork, energy healing, and soul-level guidance.

I support women (and the occasional brave man 💛) who feel emotionally overwhelmed, energetically stuck, or spiritually disconnected.

Through breathwork, chakra alignment, energy work, and intuitive coaching, I help you come back into your body, your power, and your peace.

This isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about feeling safe enough to be yourself, your whole self.

I don’t just talk about transformation,
I hold space for it.

Not every season asks you to shine. Some seasons ask you to be honest about how fucking heavy things have been. 💜

You can trust that things are shifting without pretending the present doesn't hurt. You can make room for possibility without forcing positivity.

You don't have to bypass the darkness to be open to the light.

Give yourself some grace, beloveds. Both can be true.

✨ A little reminder for you: What if you stopped asking yourself to find the lesson in everything and simply allowed yourself to acknowledge what you're moving through? You don't have to turn every difficult experience into growth before you're allowed to feel it.

I am fucking tired!

Tired of woman being expected to be understanding enough, accommodating enough, pleasant enough, forgiving enough, while being the sacrificial lamb for someone else's shitty behavior.

Meanwhile, we're the ones told to watch your surroundings. Watch our drink. Watch our clothes. Watch our tone. Watch the room. Watch the people around us.

Always fucking watching. 👀

Because somehow the responsibility for staying safe keeps landing on the people who are already being asked to navigate the danger. And still expected to smile while doing it. 🤨

So yeah, sometimes my anger has something to say. Sometimes "that's none of my business" is wisdom. Sometimes "fuck off" is THE boundary. Sometimes letting someone experience the consequences of their own behavior is the most compassionate thing you can do.

I can be soft without being passive. I can be compassionate without making myself available for bullshit. And I could be fucking done!

There is a difference between becoming cruel and becoming clear. Between revenge and consequence. Between losing your humanity and finally refusing to abandon yourself.

For the woman with sensitive hearts, sharp intuition, strong boundaries, and fire, they've spent years being told to swallow:

Sometimes it looks like boundaries.

Sometimes it looks like choosing regulation, when you'd rather throw a table.
Sometimes it looks like planting your own flowers.
And sometimes... you just gotta shake them titties 🤣

We were rarely taught that love or genuine connections could be simple. So a lot of us made ourselves useful instead.

The right people won't make you earn your seat. And part of the work is learning to believe you deserve to sit down without proving anything first.
