Last Wednesday, 1/14/26, I was ceremonially re-baptized as a declaration of my new life in Christ.
Words couldn’t even describe how much my perspective on life has changed since I came to know Christ and lean faith onto Him..
I’m incredibly thankful for North Boulevard, its incredible community, and their incredible commitment to our incredible God.
Those who do not know Him: get to! His hands are open for you, and no mountain is too big for Him. God is He, who WAS, and IS, and IS TO COME.. He provides infinite liberty and freedom unmatched, and opposite to our transactional world.
I dedicate my life to love, compassion, and justice..
Blessed be the Lord!!!!

Tomorrow marks the anniversary of my dad’s passing, and I’ve been reflecting on the past year and how many blessings God spoke into my existence.

I think a lot about how broken I was upon first hearing that he passed. I didn’t have a super close relationship with him, but he was my father. He was someone I used to look up to, and he ultimately helped conceive me. I hadn’t talked to him since my earlier teens, but I knew I eventually wanted to reach out to him.
But I also think about how many ways I was blessed at that exact moment in time. I had the best summer of my life being involved with my new church and connecting with amazing friends. It was the weekend before my senior year started, and my best friend’s grad party was today. With so many of my blessings, I knew I could not fold under grief, for the Lord had so many plans in me to stay strong and be a light to my friends, my classmates, and my family.
I had an unshakable joy my senior year, and my faith grew exponentially in ways I couldn’t have previously fathomed. I decided to go on my first mission trip, to Shiloh NYC.
Blessed be the amazing kids there, who did not know the Lord but seeked to understand Him. I had a great time with them, and also getting closer to my friends on my mission team.
The string around my wrist was given to a kid, Logan, who told me: “No matter what we said to him, you always had a smile on your face and I can tell you are a great guy.”
I just love those words, not to feed an ego, but to know the joy that the Lord has shined and poured outside of me and that other people take notice.

I encourage all to know the Lord and His power. His grace, His mercy, His kindness. His wrath and His peace. It’s changed my life, and I would love to be a personal advocate and testifier of the mountains He moves.

This September, I’ve taken the time to reflect on my battle with mental health — the times I almost gave in, the friends I lost along the way, and how God has moved through it all.
At the forefront of it all, I think about how this all could have been prevented
Why our minds can reach a state of feeling desolate and alone, and death is our only escape.

The bleak truth is we may never reach a reality where mental health struggles doesn’t exist in our society, and suicide rates reach 0%
however, we must never lose hope in how we can help.
we must never lose sight of how the Lord works
and we must never hesitate to fight for the cause.
leaving from this month, I urge everyone to please remember that while you are never alone,
it is perfectly okay and normal to come in contact with feelings of desolation,
but sincerely from those who love you ,
please reach out.
Your struggles don’t expire in September
and the grace of God, the comfort of God, and the faithfulness of God is everlasting.
