“You are an IRONMAN!” We did it!!!

I cannot thank my support system enough 🫶
my incredible parents and in-laws for the endless encouragement, @masonkohn for reminding us of our “why” when training got tough, all of our extended family and friends for being so invested in and supportive of us, our @manakoafitness family for the camaraderie and inspiration 🧡

And thank you, God, for blessing us with the time, privilege, able-bodiedness, and mental fortitude to take on something like this 🙏

Lastly, I could have never done this without my absolute legend of a husband, who paced us the entire day and told me he was proud of me approximately 140.6 times 🥹 what a crazy, amazing, incredible day!!!!

All smiles after surviving the swim

Suffering started here. Chasing Mike on the bike felt like Hyrox, only 7.5 hours longer 🫠

Was absolutely ecstatic to be off the bike with M&Ms in hand

Realizing we had 20 more miles 😭

Red carpet feeling was electric

All the months of sacrifice were worth it 🥹

IM store was dangerous

Best parents/cheerleaders/sherpas EVER ❤️

And BEST in-laws I could ask for!!!

Family is everything ❤️

Officially a dermatologist! 🤩🧴☀️

The journey was LONG (4 years of college, 4 years of med school, 1 research year, and 4 years of residency), but I wouldn’t change a thing.

Incredibly grateful to those who helped me along the way: my supportive parents and brother, family close and afar, my amazing husband, brilliant attendings and mentors, and the best co-residents/best friends I could have asked for.

Hard work pays off! I am so proud of us. Top 1% of women’s open, 18th of 2,027 teams, 8th in AG. Ali actually carried me on her back & paced us the whole time.
Thank you @manakoafitness @mitchellmaui for believing in us 🫶🏻 taken in Miami Beach, Florida by @alikohn

2025 was a good one - final year of residency with the best friends a girl could ask for, added the sweetest new member to our family, did some cool work things, found a fun new sport, and spent time with the ones I love most 🤍 taken in Tampa, Florida by @alikohn
