Let’s bring back Flashback Friday! 🔥

Taking it back to 2018 today when I taught this amazing group of dancers at @cltballet The energy, the dancers, the crowd… SO GOOD!

I had to chop this one up a little so you could catch that ending. 👀 Come on, SPLIT! 🙌

Joy is being 61 and still getting to teach, choreograph, and train dancers. 💜

Tonight pushed even my body, and I definitely challenged theirs! But they rose to the occasion, pushed through, and made this choreographer’s heart so full. ❤️
What an AMAZING night!!!

Let me leave this right here since it’s Kyra’s birthday! 🎉

IYKYK… I rarely take classes anymore because I’m trying to stay injury-free so I can keep teaching my own classes. But I had to break that rule for my girl Kyra!

And to make it even better, I got to dance with two of my dance friends from my classes and PFO!

A time was had! I had a BLAST!
Happy birthday, my friend! Love you! 💜🥳

Another FILMING HOUR 🎥✨

The dancers continue to amaze me! Watching them get more comfortable in front of the camera and truly SHINE is everything. 🌟 So much confidence, growth and individuality in one room. So proud of them! ❤️🔥

Huge shoutout to @sjaylive.media for always showing up and giving us these amazing videos. We appreciate you! 🎥❤️
