2025 gave me more than I ever dared to ask for.

A love that became a promise, and a promise that became a marriage.
A body and mind that carried me through hard training sessions, demanding diets and three bodybuilding stages - all the way to a pro card.
Our own business built from vision, risk, and faith.
And people around us who showed up with support, purity, and love.

This season feels like being allowed to rest in joy.
Like waking up in a life I once prayed for quietly, not knowing if it was allowed.

There is not a single night I don't thank God for what he has given.

This one is for the books.
Thank you 2025🤍 by @alina.c.ifbbpro

From today’s check-in ☺️
Feeling good and really enjoying the process ✨
I haven’t been posting as actively lately, but honestly, nothing too crazy happens during off-season. Just repeating the basics every day. It’s all about consistency, the little daily wins, focusing on long term growth and trusting the process. Thats what I'm really learning with @the_pro_ducer

Also... def. need to up my game here👀
I need some content ideas... What do you guys wanna see more of? Workouts, food, routines?🩷 by @alina.c.ifbbpro
