Hey, I’m Alina 👋

I’ve been doing this health + wellness thing for about 9 years — and what a ride it’s been.

There’ve been seasons I’ve felt unstoppable… and others where I was just trying to keep it together. This space is about real health, real life, support, growth and finding joy in the chaos to laugh through the mess.

Between workouts, garden projects, chasing chickens, walking my pupdog, and juggling a full-time job - I’ve learned that wellness isn’t about being perfect. It’s about finding ways to feel good enough to show up for things you love, and most importantly… for yourself.

That’s what led me here.
Sharing what’s worked for me — from stress resets to peptides that support energy, recovery, and overall wellness — to make everyday wellness feel a little more doable so more people can feel their best again.

If you’re new here, welcome.
If you’ve been here from the start, through every season, up and down — thank you for sticking around. 🌿

Here’s to feeling better, living fully, and finding joy in the messy middle.

Good morning from the chickie girls, on such a beautiful day to fly. Evie with the most practical landing.

Chicken friends who also shop at Costco…
The Kirkland Greek Yogurt boxes make perfect little chicken beds when you need one.

Found this little one treading water in the chickies water bowl, so I helped her out and let her get herself back together before she eventually flew away.

The girls first watermelon! It was also my first time growing watermelon, and while it could have stayed on the vine a bit longer, they loved it!

Suz says I still look like a spring chicken… buuuuut… 😂

MAKE just launched a new beauty line and these results definitely got my attention.

After 8 weeks:
26% visible wrinkle improvement
65% more new collagen formation
18% more elastin production

So yeah, I trust Suz, but I’m intrigued.
Let’s see what happens in my 8 weeks. by @alina2theleft
