a photo series from BECKON Volume V — England, 2026

Beckon brought together artists from across the world to live, work, exchange ideas, and create alongside one another.

During the residency, Beckon founder and artist @felicia.beck_ met photographer @alinaackwonu whose photographs became an intimate record of the world that formed inside the 18 century mansion.

Moving through its rooms, gardens and studios, Alina captured Felicia alongside some of the artists invited to Beckon with her cofounder @mia.iggulden. Ober 7 days paintings emerged, conversations unfolded, friendships formed, and the boundaries between living and making became indistinguishable.

The old English house briefly becoming home to a new creative community.
