I’ve been writing again.

A small return to creative habits that keep me grounded while building businesses.

From The Art of Slow Motion, a space for writing, noticing, and keeping creativity intact while doing the work.

I like the quiet art of noticing things that aren’t mine.
Someone else’s coffee cooling at the edge of a saucer.
A paperback folded open, mid-thought.

A jacket draped like it was meant to rest there.

Public places are full of small, unclaimed moments.
Analog ones. (Mind the existential buzzword).

No notifications. No intent. Just evidence that someone paused long enough to exist.

It’s a reminder that not everything needs to be documented, optimized, or owned.

Some things are better admired in passing.

Like film grain. Like slow mornings. Like a stranger’s coffee, telling a story you don’t need to finish.
