I don’t think healing is about becoming someone completely different✨

Maybe healing is about finding your way back to the little girl you were before the world taught you that being yourself wasn’t always safe.

Before you learned to watch everyone’s mood before checking in with your own.
Before you became the one who understood everyone, while no one stopped to understand you.
Before you thought love had to be earned by being good enough, quiet enough, useful enough, easy enough to keep around.

Before you learned to hide your feelings.
To say “it’s okay” when it wasn’t.
To apologize for needing too much.
To make yourself smaller so someone else could stay comfortable.
To give and give until there was barely anything left of you.

Maybe healing is not becoming a new person.

Maybe it’s finally going back for her.

Holding her hand.
Listening to what she needed all along.
Telling her she never had to perform for love.
That she was never too much.
That she never needed to become smaller to deserve a place in someone’s heart.

She’s still inside you.

And maybe, after everything, healing is simply giving her the safety to finally come out. ❤️ by @alinabents_

Once, little Alina had these kinds of events on her vision board. ✨

Now, I get invited to beautiful events, meet inspiring people, and become part of incredible communities I used to only dream about.

A reminder that posting the “cringe” content, showing up consistently, and being willing to be judged is worth it if it’s taking you to places your younger self always dreamed of.

Keep creating. Keep posting. Your future self will thank you.
