First competition was a success 💣💥

SQUAT

Depth was lacking apparently even though it felt like my butt was almost touching the floor lol. We’ll work on that and get em next time.

BENCH

Perfect benches even though I was having a hard time managing my OCD right before. This illness goes far beyond normal competition stress and likes to show up at the most important moments, just like this time. It’s like your brain is trying to do everything in its power to make you fail, so I’m very proud of how I fought off the intrusive thoughts (at least for the moment) and did my thing.
