It was a great honour for me to serve as a Judge for the 7th International Golden Bear Awards (GBA). 🏆🎨

An incredible 7,000 children of all ages participated in the competition and selected the top 500 kids and the sheer amount of talent was simply astounding! ✨

Words cannot fully describe the joy of the Winners. The children, their parents and teachers were overwhelmed with happiness and emotion.

A huge thank you to the Organisers Mr. Jeffers ,Mr Jeff and Ms. Aries for creating such a delightful and exceptional award ceremony and for making this celebration so special. 🙏🏻

Lenggong Perak, hidden Gems | Part 2

The closing ceremony was made even more memorable by the presence of legendary Malaysian Artist Dato' Lat.

ASAL 2026 was a stunning and unforgettable experience, an opportunity to meet like-minded people, talented Artists and wonderful new friends from different parts of the world.

A huge thank you to the Organizers for their warm hospitality and for making us feel so welcome and thank you to everyone who participated in making ASAL 2026 such a meaningful and memorable project.

I wish Lenggong, this historically invaluable UNESCO-recognised place, continued success, prosperity and International Recognition. May more people from around the world have the opportunity to discover the extraordinary heritage, history and beauty of the Lenggong Valley.

Lenggong Perak, hidden Gems | Part 1

Just a few days ago, I only knew that Lenggong was a place in the state of Perak...

When I received an invitation to participate in the ASAL 2026 Art Festival, I was filled with curiosity to discover what this special place was all about. Only after arriving at the event did I learn that the participating Artists had gone through a rigorous selection process, which made the opportunity feel even more meaningful and special.

From the moment I arrived in Lenggong, I was amazed by its extraordinary historical value as part of the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Lenggong Valley, its breathtaking nature, ancient caves dating back tens of thousands of years and most importantly, the kindness and generosity of the people who warmly introduced me to this mysterious and fascinating place.

Artists, both 11th locals and international from 11 countries, came together for the grand ASAL 2026 program, organized by Tourism Malaysia and Don Ishak. After visiting the fascinating Archaeological Museum, we continued our artistic journey at the Batu Di-Situ Gallery, where we painted cement slabs inspired by the lives of prehistoric people.

It was truly an unforgettable experience. Under the scorching Malaysian sun, each Artist brought their own interpretation and imagination to life, creating Artworks inspired by Lenggong's remarkable prehistoric heritage.

My city. My family. My home… ❤️

There are places we can leave, but never truly leave behind.

No matter how many years pass, how far life takes us, or how many new places we call home, there is always that one place that quietly lives inside our hearts, the place where we were born, where our childhood memories began, where familiar streets hold pieces of our story.

And family… Family is always waiting. ❤️
Sometimes years may pass between visits, yet the moment we return, it feels as if time has simply paused. The familiar faces, the streets, the sounds, the little details we thought we had forgotten, suddenly everything comes alive again.

Perhaps this is what home truly means, a place that continues to live within us, even when we are far away.
Today, I want to share with you some photos and videos of my city, my family, my memories… my home. 🌿🏡❤️

Because wherever we go, a little piece of our heart will always remain where we were born. ✨

A land where ancient civilizations left behind magnificent temples, underground tombs, and towering pyramids. Along its Mediterranean and Red Sea coasts, white sandy beaches meet crystal-clear, warm waters.

Who are the Bedouins, the nomadic people who have crossed these deserts for centuries?

What secrets lie hidden within the breathtaking White Desert, with its surreal chalk formations, and the volcanic landscapes of the Black Desert?

How many more mysteries does this extraordinary country still keep, waiting to be discovered? 🇪🇬

Kanching Waterfalls 🌿💦

This time, I'll let the photos and videos speak for themselves. 📸🥾

The trails were slippery after the morning rain, but the breathtaking scenery and waterfalls, from Levels 1 to 7+ made every step worthwhile. 🌀

There's something truly refreshing about walking through the forest after the rain, breathing in the fresh air and soaking up the beauty of nature. 🌿🪾🛖 Even the bold little monkeys demanding food couldn't spoil the experience! 🐒

It was a wonderful and unforgettable hike, all thanks to our wise and experienced guide, Akiko San. ✨🙏🏻

Bukit Gasing (new trail)⛰️

Although today was cloudy and the trails were slippery after yesterday's rain, nothing could dampen our hiking spirits! 🥾🌿

Today we reached the top of Bukit Gasing, Kem T-Rock, where we were treated to complimentary coffee and delicious pastries. ☕🥧

A big thank you to Akiko San for organizing another wonderful hike. 🙏🏻 The hike may have been short, but it was definitely rewarding! 💪🏻

We even had the chance to take a fun photo with a samurai and enjoyed another fantastic morning together. 💚
