Finally hit 225 🥰🥰 almost couldn’t contain my happiness at the end

Been striving to squat 2 plates for a LONG time. I failed countless attempts, ego lifted, hurt my back, then couldn’t squat for over a year. When I had to start over, I was discouraged because I wasn’t seeing progress…dare I say I almost gave up. Then I focused less on the weight I was trying to get up and worked more on form, recovery, SLEEP (not really but you should) and acceptance. Now I’m proud to join the #225 Squat club, and I did it without a belt 😌💅🏻
