At 38, I’m less focused on “anti-aging” and more focused on aging well 🤍

For me, it’s a combination of things — taking care of my skin, stimulating collagen, being intentional with injectables, moving my body, eating foods that make me feel good, and staying active enough to keep up with my little girl 🥹

I’m definitely not perfect with all of it. Some weeks I’m more consistent than others, but I truly believe the little things we do over time add up.

A little Dysport, a little laser, strategic filler when needed, lots of SPF, movement, fiber, protein… and toddler cardio 😂

The goal isn’t to look younger. It’s to feel good, take care of myself, and still look like me through every season. 🤍

A more youthful look is often the result of small changes working together ✨

What we’ve done so far:
• Upper-face Dysport softened her lines and gave her eyes a more open, refreshed look
• DAO and chin Dysport helped relax the downward pull around her mouth and smooth the appearance of her chin, bringing more harmony to her lower face
• A Nefertiti lift helped create a more defined-looking jawline, especially noticeable in the oblique view
• One BBL treatment helped lighten sun spots and reduce visible redness

Her skin looks brighter, more even, and healthier. Her face looks refreshed, while her expression still looks like her. That’s how a full-face tox treatment can look natural when it’s tailored to the person.
