Today I am 59 and looking forward for more!!! 🎂🎉💃🍷

One Russian writer had said “the secret to happiness is good health and bad memory” well I try to live everyday as my first and my last.. till now I am enjoying the ride and still have other challenges and places to explore!!

This body of yours is like a machine that would rust if it is not permanently functioning. As long as it is moving walking dancing swimming it will help you remain in good health and in earning longevity !!
Plus it will directly affect your mood and boost the happy hormones in your brain!! And vice versa your happy mood will improve your health and boost your immunity!! It’s a cycle!! It’s a win win!!

Sooo you know what to do!! Keep moving!! Move move mooooove!!💃💃💃💃💃💃

I'm 61 years old and I still try new activities. I do it because every time I think "I can't", and then I do it, I get a new life.

I am not fighting my age. I am making peace with it by showing it what I can still do.

You don't have to do rock climbing like me, but trying any new activity will surely refresh your soul! Just get yourself out of the routine and keep challenging yourself.

You can challenge others, but that's it. Challenging yourself is a race that never ends.

عمري ٦١ سنة وما زلت أجرّب نشاطات جديدة. أفعل ذلك لأنه في كل مرة أفكر فيها "لا أستطيع"، ثم أفعلها، أحصل على حياة جديدة.

أنا لا أحارب عمري. بل أصالحه من خلال إظهار ما زلت قادرة على فعله.

I adopted her when she was 5 months old... and since then, she has accompanied me on all my hiking trips, river dips, and beach outings. Always faithfully by my side, trying to protect me with her paws, barking at foxes at night and at ghosts she imagines in the dark.

I can't describe how strong our bond is now. Kiwi is 5 years old and full of life and love ❤️

We live in a plastic world, where looks have become more important than well-being.

In fact, some people's well-being depends solely on their looks.

Some can't take a photo without a filter. Some start fillers and Botox at 25.

The trend went so extreme that, fortunately, it's now fading.

Scary eyebrows, inflated lips, stretched faces and witch nails are finally retreating — and we are witnessing a return to a more natural look.

Have the confidence to accept your face, your natural traits over time. It’s in harmony with your character! Happiness starts with self acceptance ! ❤️

The secret of my energy??
Being as close as I can to what’s natural.

I choose the sun when I wake up,
to honor my circadian rhythm.

Stretching first.
Skincare with only natural things:
rose water, beef tallow, castor oil.

Movement through cleaning my house
and working in the garden.

Shower with natural soap,
then shea butter and coconut oil.

Breakfast with whole, real food.
A little online work.
And off I go
hiking with friends, barefoot.
Because that’s how I remember who I am
and where I come from.

Swimming in the river of me to the max.
That s how i charge myself with the best vibes !!

Winter drowns it. Summer fills high to the waist.
Inside, you have another shore.
Above, people once lived in the dry caves every summer.
Then the resort came... and the stories were buried.

They told me to "slow down" at 60.
I heard "speed up" 🔥

This is what permanent movement looks like:
Sports outdoors, cleaning , dancing , nature...
Because sitting is the real aging.
Your body was made to move . Use it or lose it!

We say in Arabic: *الحركة بركة* mouvement is a blessing
And my body proves it every single day.

61 and full of energy 🔥
Here’s the secret. It’s not complicated. It’s just daily love for life.

My 7 non-negotiables to feel 30 at 61:

1. Start with love
Wake up and hug someone I love. Or my dog. That first touch sets my whole day.

2. Hydrate from the inside
Warm water + fresh lemon, first thing. 30 min before breakfast. Every. Single. Morning.

3. Move the body
Stretching + light morning exercises. Nothing crazy. Just wake up the joints. I’ll post my routine here soon!

4. Walk with purpose
A walk with my dog. Sun, air, steps. This is my therapy.

5. Eat real food
If it comes in a pack, it stays on the shelf. Fresh food only. My body knows the difference.

6. Get the sun
I enjoy the sun without sunscreen. 15-20 min to soak it in. Vitamin D is free medicine.

7.Feed my skin like I feed myself
No commercial shower gels. No lotions full of chemicals. Natural Arabic soap, natural oils, tallow, and honey masks. Healthy in, healthy out. I’ll share my full skincare details here later!

8.I stay close to nature the most i can!
I sit under a tree , i walk barefoot wherever i can , i take waterfall showers if possible or rain showers because this is moving water and it's full of energy , i drink water from sources whenever its available also for the same reason .

And the biggest one:

MOUVEMENT! Permanent mouvement!!
Cleaning my house, working in my garden, hiking in nature.
We say in Arabic: *"الحركة بركة"* → _Al harakeh barakeh_ → *"Movement is a blessing"*

Age is just a number if you keep moving, loving, and choosing life ✨
