We met in a small café in Kamakura,
got a pen, our race number,
and one simple prompt:
write what the rain makes you feel.

Running has given me so much
a body that healed,
a mind that learned patience,
a heart that keeps showing up.

Grateful for days like this.
Grateful for the people who turn miles into meaning.

Thank you @notesrunning & @joshlynott
for such a special experience.

Let’s bring this energy to Mexico soon 🇲🇽 taken in Kamakura by @alinelfasterling

In case you needed to hear this today.

Supporting each other isn’t losing ground.-
We don’t always grow at the same pace, sometimes you push so the other can move forward.

Balance isn’t 50/50. It’s take turns.
You don’t always show up the same way, at the same time.

Distance isn’t loss.
It just means you’re both growing.

Pausing isn’t quitting.
Some things you put on hold, not off the table.

Admiring your person is the bare minimum.Watching them go after what they want. Watching them grow… And knowing they look at you the same way.

Having your own thing doesn’t push you apart.
It pulls you closer. The more you each grow, the more you have to admire in each other.

Their growth isn’t a threat.
It’s proof you picked right.

What people think doesn’t get a vote.
Only the two of you know what actually works. by @alinelfasterling

El poema y los tenis de todos los atascados:
“The shoe that stoped waiting for race day.”

Fast isn’t just for race day anymore.

Sí, tienen placa.
No, no necesitas estar compitiendo.

Espuma Infinion.
Retorno de energía para seguir y seguir.

174 gramos.
Básicamente, nada.

4 mm de drop.
Reactivos, dinámicos y hechos para correr rápido.

FANTOMFIT.
Soporte donde lo necesitas,
sin cargar de más.

“ibas suave” y terminaste buscando PB.
