When I think about the things I am most thankful for, Renee is always at the top of that list. From the minute she met me, she has looked out for me and loved me absolutely unconditionally. Even when I’ve made it really hard, she’s been a constant that has held me through every obstacle. Through terrible teenage behavior, even messier college nights, and exploring the challenges that adulthood has brought us both, we’ve navigated it all together. I really never thought there was even an inch between us, but somehow in the last year, we’ve been woven even tighter. Through tears and giggles, I am forever grateful that she is the big sister I was given. She is the absolute best at it and I really don’t know how I would do life without her.
