One year ago today, our hearts grew in ways I never knew were possible.

Happy first birthday to my sweet sweet girl, sister Sloane, sis, sloanie balony, sissors, sissy girl!🤍

This year has been filled with more love and more joy than I could have ever imagined.

Ill forever cherish the 7 months I spent at home with you & the 10+ months I breastfed & nourished you. Both stretched me, humbled me and gave us a bond ill treasure.

You are better than anything I could have ever dreamt up my sweet girl! Our little sunshine, you have happiest smile, the sweetest nature and the definition of easy going that makes every day better!

𝐓𝐞𝐧 & 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧!

What a July!! We celebrated the Fourth with the best friends and neighbors, officially retired Dairy Queen,moved Riv to a big boy bed, AND potty trained! So many big milestones packed into one little month.

Sis is on the move—standing, crawling and frustrated she can’t run after her brother. (Any day now!) Has lots of teeth, loves food and her favorite words are mama, dada and YEAH!!
How in the world will she be ONE next month?

Living on the best summer vibes and gratitude for the life we have created here in Colorado as a family of four (+Cabo!)

Oh and Reed and I celebrated FIVE years maREED! Each year gets better and better! by @alisaffell

𝐒𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧, 𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 & 𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐞!
Sloanie has 3 teeth, is now on the move, crawling everywhere and sweeter than ever. River loves having a sis most days, knows his ABC (& obsessed with them) & can count to 20! He is very active and all boy. Mom and dad made it to Palm Springs for a weekend getaway for a wedding thanks to “Baba & Grappy“

Just the last 3 month dump cause keeping 2 tiny humans alive turns out to be keeping us rather busy

𝐒𝐢𝐱 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐬!
Sloanie is sitting up, started foods, has 2 teeth and even saying mama! She loves watching her brother & a true second kid that just “goes with the flow.” River is so obsessed with “sis” and doesn’t want to go a minute without her. Always asking “where’s sis?“ the second she goes down for a nap.

This month I celebrated another year with new (& an old friend) by my side along with my husband & babies. This year we found our new rhythm in a new place as a family of 5 (w/ Cabo). I am overwhelmed with the community we have built here, awesome friendships & feeling so rich in love!
Better than I could have ever dreamt.

My maternity leave is coming to an end. I am so beyond grateful i got this time but it doesn’t make it any easier. Six months of slow mornings, tiny hands, lots of patience & love. Six months of being exactly where I was meant to be. I know these are the moments & days I’ll always come back to. My heart has expanded in ways i didnt know existed, I have been stretched in the best ways possible and I feel more of who i am being “mama” to my dream babies!

Hands are full but I thank God they aren’t empty!

Life is such a gift! Gosh, may I never take the everyday moments for granted!

Sloanie is sitting up, always smiling, giggling lots and loves watching her big brother. River must give his “sis“ a hug, kiss, knucks or wants to pick her up every few minutes and watching them together is the greatest gift!!

Gosh pinch me! Feeling so grateful for this very sweet season! We traveled to Dallas (with 2, we did it!) and spent a week with family, had our first CO snow day & met Santa.
