Complaining is a sure way to block blessings from entering your life. They teach in Kabbalah that the more we can be like the creator, the greater the blessings we will receive. Become conscious when you are in a vibration that is opposite of what the creator is like and see how you can transform that into love, gratitude and joy ❤️ by @alishakelly
You deserve love for every part of yourself: the flaws, the imperfections, the parts you’ve been trying to hide, the parts that have been judged. All of it. Love isn’t meant to be conditional. It’s the ability to accept all of you, even the mess and the chaos. The more you lean into accepting yourself in totality, the freer you will feel. by @alishakelly
Don’t be afraid to grow and change out of fear of losing acceptance from those around you. Those that are here to stay will love you through every step of your evolvement. Keep walking forward into greater alignment and doing what fills you with joy. Don’t hold back 🌹 by @alishakelly
An insight into how I got onto this journey and why I do what I now do. I truly believe healing is so personalised to each person and this will never be a one shoe fits all approach. I highly encourage people to move out of the confines of the box and trial different methods and approaches to find what works best for you. If you’ve been trying one way and are not getting the results you’re seeking, I guarantee there are other methods out there that will serve you and meet you in ways that align deeper. I personally have found along my journey that methods that work with the body and the deepest parts of the subconscious have cleared the most. Whether it’s inner child work, EFT tapping, hypnosis or other somatic practices, they have all played a part in my own life and are the reason why I use these methods in the clients I work with. If you’ve wanted to work together and haven’t been able to get in with me, send me a message and we can chat and see how I can support you. Sending you so much love as you are on your journey, I know at times it’s not easy, but when you look back in hindsight you’ll see why it was all worth it. You are allowed the outgrow the version of yourself people got comfortable with. Sometimes growth can feel so scary because we are afraid that those who currently accept us as we are, won’t accept the next level we are stepping into. The thing is, those who are meant to be in your life will love you through every step of your evolvement, no matter how many iterations that may be. Step into all that you know you are here to be. Don’t play small to keep others comfortable. If you are being called to more, leap into it and those who are meant to rise with you, will. by @alishakelly
Your gut knows the answer and is often trying to talk to you before you are even willing to listen. Distinguishing fear from intuition can be such a challenge but I find fear comes with more rush and urgency versus intuition feels more like a peaceful inner knowing. Taking time to reflect with yourself frequently, away from the busyness of life to sit with yourself and listen to what your body is trying to tell you is sososo powerful!! You have got this, listen within and you’ll never be led astray ❤️ by @alishakelly
I spent such a huge part of my life suppressing emotions. I got so good at numbing the pain away that I didn’t realise I was also numbing the good. Feeling really is the secret. When we allow ourselves to truly feel (even the things we would rather avoid) we create space for all the beautiful things to also rise. We can’t experience one without the other. It’s all part of the polarity of this magical life. If you find you’re someone who buries things or ignores sitting with your emotions, I get it. If this can even be the encouragement to take one baby step today to sit with something you’ve been avoiding then that would be such a beautiful thing. I know it’s not pleasant. But trust me, it is so worth it. by @alishakelly
Sometimes you need to close one door, before the next can open. If you are feeling stuck, ask yourself what am I holding onto that I’m being called to close? by @alishakelly
