I am so happy to launch my own independent venture - Project Allies - a music industry product management and release strategy company.

With nearly 15 years of working in the music industry I felt it was time to take the leap and go out alone! Having worked across distribution, an independent record label and management company’s Modest! and Prolifica I have a huge amount of experience on how to build successful campaigns from a number of different angles and I understand the pressures that can be faced (from a management/ label/ artist perspective) which I can deal with in an empathetic way, whilst striving for the best results.

The business will look to support labels, managers and artists setting up and going into campaign across a whole number of area’s including release timeline strategy, creative commissioning, social media strategy, marketing and streaming consultancy.

I already have a number of clients and I am so excited for the future. Onwards! by @alison_lamb

I still don’t think I can fully comprehend yesterday - I’ve been thinking about the marathon and training for so many months, it feels so strange that it’s over.

I’ve been so chuffed with my training, it’s been a lot of dedicating my weekend’s to needing to run… (and then recover!) - all managing to be done in very little rain, so of course it had to be torrential on the day 😰

I still cannot quite get over how painful I found the marathon, my legs were so sore all over and I really was ready to just give up at 22 miles, but I knew I couldn’t after getting that far. After all this, I honestly have no idea how people do marathon’s so quickly / or do them more than once!!

I was so overwhelmed by messages of support before / during / after the marathon and it meant so much knowing there were so many friendly faces along the way for me to look out for… (so much so I definitely got over excited and started way too fast 🙈). It meant so much 💗

My fundraising link is open for 4 more weeks and I’m currently just shy of £3k, which is amazing - everyone has been so generous particularly during such a hard time economic time. Thank you so much to everyone who has donated ☺️ and for all of the amazing support through all of this x

*one month to go* - I can’t quite believe I’m going to be running a marathon, but I’m scared & excited in equal measures. Thank you to everyone who has sponsored me (and listened to me go on & on…!) about my training - it means a lot 💜

These are some of my favourite running views 🏃🏻‍♀️My sponsorship link is in my bio if you’d still like to donate x

End of ‘18 from West Coast America. This year has been amazing - so many incredible moments - but a hella lot of hard work, at times I don’t know how I’ve got through it but I’m so lucky to have some incredible people around me who always have my back & keep me going. Here’s to 2019, I can’t wait. #budlight2020 taken in Seattle, Washington by @alison_lamb
