Another seminar, another opportunity to step behind the mic and help bring the CrossFit experience to life.

Every movement, every correction, every interaction, every lecture, and every shared moment is a reminder of why we do what we do. It’s about connecting with people, sharing knowledge, creating meaningful experiences, and inspiring each other to become better — not only as athletes, but as human beings.

CrossFit has always been about more than training. It’s about community, resilience, growth, and believing that what is best for us can also make a positive impact on those around us.

I’m incredibly grateful for every opportunity to contribute, to learn, and to connect with the people who proudly call CrossFit their own.

And, as always, I’m surrounded by my biggest supporters, cheering me on every step of the way. @manuaraujoreis

Another incredible weekend, wrapping up another CrossFit Level 1 Course

Being able to do what I love while standing for what I truly believe in is the greatest gift I could ask for.

Always learning.
Always growing.
Always giving my best.

Grateful for my biggest supporter, always by my side, encouraging me and pushing me to be better
@manuaraujoreis

Thank you, CrossFit, for the opportunity, the people, and the purpose.

Here’s to continuing to learn, serve, and give it my all.

Strict before kipping.

Strict pull-ups, chest-to-bar, toes-to-bar, pullovers, bar muscle-ups, and muscle-ups are the foundation of strong suspended gymnastics.

Build strength through your muscles, tendons, and ligaments first. That foundation unlocks more intensity, greater range of motion, and better movement quality.

Master the foundation. Everything else is built on it. by @alisonbus

Another weekend living the dream!

Being able to learn from amazing people, share experiences, and pass on the passion and love I have for CrossFit is something I’ll never take for granted. Every lecture, every movement, every interaction is a chance to become a better version of ourselves and help others realize the best they can be through CrossFit too.

I’m truly grateful and blessed to be part of this team and to live this journey every single day. Life rewards those who chase their dreams with passion, consistency, and purpose. May passion always be connected to our work, and may we never stop learning and evolving.

Thankful for the people, the process, and the purpose.

What a weekend!!

After more than 10 years as both a CrossFit athlete and coach, this weekend marked a milestone I’ll never forget: My first seminar as part of the CrossFit Seminar Staff Team.

It’s hard to put into words what this means to me. So much of my journey has been about showing up, learning, failing, growing, and staying consistent… and this moment feels like a reflection of all those years of dedication.

I feel incredibly grateful and blessed to be in a position where I can keep learning, keep evolving, and now give back on a whole new level.

This is just the beginning. 🤘
