POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
You know that moment when you just know you were meant to do something? I recorded the intro for my new podcast, Out Beyond Ideas and now the flood gates are open. This morning I sat down and recorded episode 1. I CAN’T STOP.

I was driving yesterday and I heard the voice of Love say, “You’re ready. I can now love others through you.”

There is nothing more I could want to be the voice of Love in this troubled world. I desperately needed it. Maybe you need it too.

I’d love for you to join or share with others that would resonate. Link in bio. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 by @alisondawnlee

Love isn't a goal post.

So many women I work with have idealized love. They believe they should be able to love the people who trigger them, and when they can't, it's one more way they've fallen short. I call this intellectualising love.

That's the gap between the spiritual movement and our everyday humanness. It idealizes certain states over others, says that desire is bad and reduces us to a state of bland, vanilla ice cream.

What if we didn't put a hierarchy between who we are as our spiritual nature and our humanness?

The key is love, but love for ourselves first. Loving what is here, being curious about it, meeting it with compassion.

Because that is who we really are. We are that presence of Love.

There's a more personal side to this that I wrote about in my newsletter. Comment LOVE and I'll send it to you. by @alisondawnlee

Have you ever had an experience with one of your guides? I have the privilege of leading clients into a meditative state where their guides show up. It can be a deceased relative or some other being.

The exchange is so beautiful to witness. These beings are full of love and acceptance that often my clients end up in tears.

The#authenticself #spiritualawakening #trueself #executivecoach #lovejourney most exciting thing is I don’t act like a gatekeeper between them and their guides, I act as a bridge - where they can ask their guides questions and receive guidance directly. I tell my clients it’s not a special skill, we all have it. But it’s really helpful for someone to hold a field so you can gain access. Interested in this? DM me! by @alisondawnlee

The difference between psycho-spiritual work and psychological work. No labelling! Who you think you’ve understood yourself to be is not who you are.

Every single label you’ve been given - anxious, trauma, depressed, attachment disorder, etc is useful to a point but it won’t ultimately free you.

The way to truly free yourself is to experience who you are beyond your ideas and then meet yourself in the moment and inquire beyond any labelling you’ve done.

Let’s go beyond our labels and go on an adventure or discovery - it’s the best ride you could ever take!

This was me in 2011. When it comes to inner work, I've always had the heart of a lion. I was on a spiritual path. Somehow, I remembered there was more to who I am, beyond what my mind believed. I had easy access to spiritual experiences which expanded my consciousness. The work also included revealing very painful parts of my unconscious.

But if I could go back and talk to that younger version, I would tell her not to ignore the psychological and somatic work of integrating what she saw.

I skipped over my body. I skipped over my frozen nervous system. I didn't know how to feel my emotions, let alone express them. I had a brutal inner critic and thought that everyone else criticized me too. I left relationships out of shame, before someone left me.

What I understand now is that every part of me needs to be felt and embraced. That healing comes from my true self, meeting these parts of me that felt so unloved. That the body and nervous system takes longer to heal. That accepting my emotions is where it all begins.

My clients come to me because they think they should "know better" or "be better." It's the hard part of self-awareness. We're too aware not to see. Just like my own practice, they are held in unconditional love as we bring these parts into the light to be seen and understood.

By embracing themselves, they become themselves - free to express, free to feel and most importantly they see their worth, simply through their presence.

Let me know if this resonates with you.

With much love, always love. XO by @alisondawnlee

If I had asked myself even a year ago - what happens if you just didn’t take action (to promote, to sell, to reach out, to post), I would have looked at you with confusion.

I’m learning a new frequency. It’s one of stillness, allowing, moving when inspired and I have to tell you it’s blowing my mind. But first let me tell you my old MO.

My whole life I have taken action based on fear. Let me explain:

The mind: there is a problem
The mind: we need to do something about it. Let’s fix it or prevent it or control the uncertainty.
Alison: takes action, feels temporary relief.
24 hours later…
The mind: there’s a problem
Action, relief.

On repeat 10 billion times…🤪

I’m learning not to act on fear anymore. Now it’s:

The mind: there’s a problem
Alison: Oh hello, tell me what you’re anxious about.
My meta-intelligence: ah, this is coming from fear. Warning - do NOT take action!!

Here’s the miracle. Things are just coming. $ at just the right time, traffic clearing, given free things, generosity, kindness….so much frickin abundance!!

Non-action isn’t avoidance or numbing myself with Home Town (ok sometimes it is), it’s noticing the origin voice and pausing. Do I really need to hire that person, sign up for that program, do I really need to follow a prescribed exercise regime?

I’m learning to flow with what is, take inspired action and opening myself wide to everything that comes my way.

Life feels simple and sweet here. I’d love to hear if this resonates for you. 💗 by @alisondawnlee

I used to wait for that vacation or the weekend to start. Almost like holding my breath until I had no more to do list. I’ve learned that life isn’t about waiting. There’s no quick fix strategy. It’s really about, am I present in this moment? Am I aware of my breath? What voice is dominating me right now? Instead of charging ahead, can I take a moment and inquire, meeting myself with unconditional love? 💗 It’s the last thing my ego wants to do. It wants to keep DOING. So who wants to keep doing? Can I meet that one? Who is so scared of stopping? Ah…I see you there. Sweet one. I love you. That’s the practice. 🙏🏼♥️ by @alisondawnlee

For those that are new here, I'm Alison. I've been an executive coach for 20+ years and on a spiritual path for just as long. The two have never been separate for me.

I'm obsessed with making sense of things. I've studied myself and others for as long as I can remember - what makes us the way we are, what keeps us small, what it actually takes to change at the root rather than the surface.

I'm a #1 life path in numerology, which means I'm here to pave new frontiers. I have zero interest in doing what has already been done.

My work lives at the intersection of consciousness and leadership. I believe the most radical thing any of us can do for this world is wake up - really wake up to who we actually are beneath the roles, the conditioning, the inherited identities we've been carrying since childhood.

I hold a deep field for my clients. We go into the body, into the places that haven't been touched, and something shifts. People remember themselves. I am in awe every single time.

Most of all I am here as a spokesperson for Love itself - an instrument for helping people remember who they really are.
If that's why you're here, I'm glad you found your way. ❤️ by @alisondawnlee

NEWEST OUT BEYOND IDEAS PODCAST EPISODE!! Oh boy, this one came through me unscripted.

In it I share how I was searching for love my whole life but then discovered it on a retreat 20 years ago. It's been a "love affair" ever since.

Have you ever felt love without needing anything in return? I used to chase love to fill a deep hole until I realised love itself is our true nature. 💫

My spiritual awakening showed me that love isn't something to find outside - we already carry it within. It’s the unchanging, boundless presence that’s always here, waiting to be remembered. It can appear in the tiniest moments: a glance, a breath, or a quiet moment of connection.

Love is a gentle grace, and it’s accessible in every moment - whether you're stuck in traffic or sitting in stillness.
Maybe it’s time to stop searching and start remembering.

What’s your experience with love beyond the mind?

No one has ever said to me that your nervous system doesn’t feel safe when you’re at rest. When the to do list is put away or there isn’t someone who needs help or some problem that needs to be fixed. Even when there is nothing urgent to be done, my mind is looking for something.

My body has been wired to take action my whole life. A little girl who tried to fix her world with such a little brain and body. I’ve been doing it ever since.

Working with Christine Banno is showing me another way. When I know so clearly who I am and the transformation my work creates, I am holding a frequency. That frequency brings people and opportunities to me. No more output = outcome.

I’m so grateful. 🙏🏼 by @alisondawnlee

We were trained to be kind. Not as a choice - as a reflex. Kind before we'd checked whether we agreed, or had the time, or even wanted to.

If you're a Gen X woman, you've worn that kindness so long you've stopped noticing it's a uniform. One outfit, every occasion - the meeting where you should have pushed back, the conversation where you swallowed the hard thing, the relationship running on your accommodation for years.

We were never encouraged to voice our anger or to follow our own impulse and its cost us greatly - in resentment you can't explain. In a tiredness sleep doesn't fix. In the guilt when we say yes to ourselves.

We don't want to be direct for fear of it being labelled as anger. We worry that boundaries will = loss of relationships.

Underneath all of this are abandonment wounds because our souls never experienced safety in just being ourselves.

Kindness was never the problem. Having kindness as an identity is.

I go deeper into this in Out Beyond Ideas - podcast's in my bio if you want more. 🔥 by @alisondawnlee
