Mirror, mirror on the wall… the most magical film of them all is finally here! 🍎

It’s release day for @disney @snowwhite_movie ✨ Back in 2022 I was truly living my childhood dream having been cast as a dancer in a Disney film and now to see it come to life on the big screen is beyond surreal.

Thank you to the incredible choreographers @nopenother @nichols14 @shaybarclay95 for your vision and guidance, Vocal Coach @benjaminholdermusic , Costume designer @thesandypowell ,my agent @cdmltdagency and to all the insanely talented dancers, cast, crew, and creatives who made this experience so unforgettable. From 5 AM eyebrow calls to weeks of rehearsals, every moment was pure Disney magic. ✨

Feeling so grateful and lucky to have been part of this world! 🍎

What an honour to have been apart of the new ‘The Marvels’ film! ✨

Thank you to @take3agency for making my Marvel movie goal a reality all those years ago and I am so excited to finally get to share!🎬

What an epic team of talent to get to work with and witness on set from Director Nia Da Costa to @brielarson @bn_sj2013 @samuelljackson and many more. An unforgettable experience!

I have been loving seeing the promo throughout my trip while in Korea and Japan and can’t wait to watch it soon! ✨

Periods are normal. Period poverty should not be.

As a woman and professional dancer, periods have always been a very real part of navigating life, work and performing, but access to period products should never be something anyone has to worry about.

That’s why I’m so proud to be partnering with Hey Girls and Sunny Dancer for this campaign. Hey Girls are doing something genuinely meaningful - helping tackle period poverty while creating thoughtfully made, sustainable period products. For every product purchased, they donate a period product to someone who needs it. 🌱

And I love that this conversation is being brought together with Sunny Dancer, a film celebrating young women, friendship, confidence and finding your place in the world. 💛

Periods shouldn’t hold anyone back from dancing, dreaming, showing up or simply living their life.

So excited to see Sunny Dancer in cinemas! 🎬

My little morning ritual before the ballet studio 🩰

As a professional dancer, I’m becoming much more conscious of the little everyday choices that help me look after myself. I’ve recently been trying @yourexhale ☕️ speciality coffee, 9x independently lab tested and carefully roasted to preserve its naturally occurring antioxidants & polyphenols. And it tastes SO good.
