It doesn't matter if you compete or not, if you are part of the community or not, or if you dance for fun or as a profession; the priority will be your mental health as a dancer💪

Available starting TODAY with availability on weekday mornings and WEEKENDS 📅☀️ via ONLINE

The price of each session is 25 EUROS, however if you wish to book 5 sessions as a MONTHLY PACK the price is reduced to 100 EUROS (you save a full session!) 💳🎁

Remember also that between sessions you have the possibility of receiving support and feedback for a total of half an hour! 💬📈

WOMEN AT TOURNAMENTS

Happy international women's day. We can definitely celebrate all the battles that we won, but we know that we still have many others to fight.

This hypothesis wasn't only my thoughts, I'm grateful for being supported by multiple women and for having had several interesting discussions.

Una colaboración ansiada por ambas partes por una mutua admiración 🫂 hay algo especial en compartir el baile entre mujeres, la lucha personal y común por la que pasamos cada una como mujeres bailarinas es lo que al final nos inspira una a la otra y nos impulsa a seguir mejorando y sentirnos mas seguras del espacio que ocupamos y disfrutamos. This battle was very challenging, but also one of the most fun I’ve ever had in my life. Deep down, I knew I was going to battle VS Sheiki, I don’t know why, but I just had a feeling that battle was going to happen. And it was incredible. It’s wonderful to have a great time battling and dancing with someone you care about. Te quiero mucho tontito @sheiki._

I’m also really proud of how well I performed. I wasn’t feeling my best (gastroenteritis check☠️) and yet I still gave it my all like never before 😼 LET NO ONE STOP ME 🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🔥🔥🔥🔥 by @alisonleyn
