How Do I: Dress from Day to Evening

Sometimes I need to take a daytime work look straight through to the evening without changing my entire outfit. A few simple tweaks can make all the difference — a change of top or shoes, always a different bag and, of course, jewelry.

On Repeat: Loafers & Moccasins. Comment SHOP for links. ♥️

An old fav that has stood the test of time.

Love the more feminine shape of these.

Best mocs ever.

Clearly I like a tassel.

My Take On: What to Buy for Winter Now

For me it’s all about texture and introducing cosy pieces into the mix. Think wool, leather, cashmere and something a little bit fuzzy.

This might be the perfect pencil - love the slit and the pockets.

This is the GOAT of denim skirts - adore the straight lines and rigid feel.

I am a slip skirt devotee - love them with a knit.

Adore the school girl shape - especially the pleat and it’s made of the softest cashmere.

My Take On: Corduroy

A fabric I adore! Tactile, versatile and great all year-round, though it comes into its own as the leaves start to fall. I love a thin or wide wale style and like to experiment with different shapes and hues.

How Do I: Dress When I Don’t Know What to Wear

The answer is a handful of staples that make up a quasi-uniform — not the most exciting of line-ups but tried and tested!

My Take On: Great Sweaters for Fall

One of the many reasons I love sweaters is the range of options available. While I could talk about this category at length, today I’m focusing on four styles I always come back to: Fair Isle, mid-weight with a pop of color, cosy and textured and the fisherman.
