And it was fucking shameful. And I was sick of it…
Sick of pretending I felt good just because my bank account looked good.
Sick of looking in the mirror and seeing a version of myself I knew wasn’t the real me.

How the hell could I have multiple businesses, travel the world, have hundreds of thousands of followers, be such an expert in other categories… but not have dedicated my time to taking care of the vessel that made it possible.

I had everything…besides self-respect. I was winning publicly while losing privately. And the fact is: no amount of money can fix the weight you carry inside your own skin, and inside your own mind.

So I made a decision: enough is enough.
I need to use the same discipline that I used to create money from thin air. From idea to execution, no hesitation, no overthinking… straight action. In conquering my dream physique.

Losing 60 pounds wasn’t just a “fitness journey.”
It was me finally taking responsibility for my body, my habits, my health, my life.
It was realizing the hardest person to lead is yourself.
But once you do that…. Life changes.

And it’s true.. the moment I stopped negotiating with my excuses, everything changed. I FINALLY ALCHEMIZED MY PHYSIQUE… I fixed my habits. My mindset. My routine. My relationship with food. My teeth. And my identity as a whole.

My energy, my confidence, my discipline, my entire identity.

This was the chapter where I finally became the version of me I used to only imagine. After all, I can’t say I’m a polymath, I can’t say max your stats, I can’t say I’m an alchemist… and not be an absolute weapon.

This quote is a reminder that adversity is life’s great equalizer. It doesn’t care who you are, where you come from, or what you’ve built…at some point, it knocks on every man’s door. And when it does, you’re faced with three hard choices.

You can collapse under the weight, let it consume you, and live in regret. You can fight to break through it, clawing your way out just to survive. Or you can rise above it, use it as fuel, and etch your name into history books by breaking past the limits anyone that was possible.

None of these paths are easy. But only one turns pain into purpose. Only one makes you immortal. Not just in the eyes of others, but in the legacy you create for yourself and your family.

True alchemy begins the moment you stop running from the fire…and start becoming it.

Crazy What 1 Year Can Do.

Everybody overestimates what they can do in a decade and underestimates what they can do in 1 year. Don’t be most people.

1 year is all it takes. One year… in exchange for the rest of your life.

New body. New business. New reality.

But I won’t lie to you. It won’t be easy. None of it was. In fact, the first few months will feel like nothing’s working. You won’t see the changes immediately. It will be boring. It will test your willpower. You will face obstacles. That’s exactly where most will people quit. But not you. You will push through anyway.. with the end in mind.

Because once you get through that phase. Something happens. Something shifts. One day you’ll wake up and you’ll be hooked. You will be addicted to the results. It will just become a part of you. And you won’t be able to stop.

When winning becomes the addiction…Discipline stops being something you force and becomes something you can’t live without.

The man who has everything you want already exists. He’s just one year of non-negotiable behavior away.

The world tells you to “just be yourself.” In The Alter Ego Effect, Todd Herman argues the opposite.

The self carrying all your fear, doubt, and history is not your true self, it’s just the default.

The alter ego doesn’t hide who you are. It frees the person you already are underneath the scared, weak version of you. The alter ego effect changed my life. I tapped into different versions that helped me maximize the moment. Here’s how:

Step 1. Identify the gap.

There’s a space between who you are and who you need to be. Fear, judgment, and overthinking all live in that gap. Your alter ego is the version of you that doesn’t feel any of it.

Step 2. Name it.

Give that self a name. The moment it has a name, it stops being an idea and becomes someone you can step into on command.

Step 3. Build the new identity.

Decide exactly how he moves, speaks, and carries himself. Borrow from a warrior, a hero, an archetype. Then visualize him every single night until he feels more real than the old you.

Step 4. Trigger it.

Anchor him to something physical. A watch, a jacket, a breath, a phrase. That becomes your switch. You hit it, and you become him.

When life throws adversity, trigger the alter ego and become the version of you it can’t touch.

HOW TO BECOME IRREPLACEABLE.

In order to be irreplaceable, you must be willing to do the things no one wants to do. This is what separates the good from the great.

Do it and do it well. The tasks the others put off. The ones nobody volunteers for. The work that takes forever and gets no applause. The important but boring things. The hard things.

That’s the work that makes you invaluable.

Everyone wants the spotlight. Very few want the deep work, the spreadsheets, the SOP, the 11 PM follow-up, the 5 AM systems check. But those are the men who actually run the building.

Most people are replaceable because they’re only willing to do the visible work. The invisible work is what builds the empire.
Be the one of the few that do it.

“A reader lives a thousand lives before he dies . . . The man who never reads lives only one”

Geniuses both past and present spent their entire lives documenting their thoughts, their wins, their losses, and their wisdom… then compressed it into 100 or 200 pages and put it in a book…. and most people won’t even pick it up. Sad.

Good thing we are not most people.

Over the last 10 years, I’ve read more than 1,300 books. Everything from philosophy, theology, consciousness, spirituality, psychology...to business, investing, leadership, sales, marketing. I studied relationships, health, history, secret societies....and everything in between.

I fell in love with learning…obsessed in fact. I collected every single one, even the rare ones. The pile you see me lying on isn’t a prop. It’s part of my identity.
Reading doesn’t just inform you. It rewires you. I changed my mind one book at a time. Every single dollar I made stemmed from learning something on of these pages... Every single book taught me a lesson, and the ones with repeated subjects only reaffirmed what I already knew. If I wanted to be great I had no choice but to learn from the greatest men who walked this planet.

I read so many books that I even had the urge to write one. In 2020, I dropped my first book, Create Your Frequency, before I even made my first million. Now I’m working on my second after being in the entreprenuership game for 7 years..
If you’re tired of living an average life…the first thing you can do is to stop looking for shortcuts and pick up a book. The focus and discipline it takes to read a book separates you from billions that don’t in this generation of distraction and procrastination. You never know where it will take you.

THE EXACT CLIENT LIFECYCLE I USE TO RUN MY BUSINESSES. Part 2 of 2.

The front half acquires the client. The back half builds the empire. This is where most operators leak revenue without realizing it. Here’s the back half of the system I’ve installed in 350+ companies.

STEP 5: Onboarding & Delivery. Welcome sequence, login credentials, kickoff call, first-week win. The onboarding sets the tone for the entire relationship. Get this right and the client tells everyone about you. Get it wrong and the refund email is already being drafted.

STEP 6: Program Entry. Clients get placed on the right path based on where they are. Awaken/Rebirth track for the ones starting from scratch. Ascend track for the ones ready to scale. One offer, multiple doors. Every client feels like the program was built for them.

STEP 7: Ascension. Once they get a real result, you don’t let them leave. You move them up the ladder. Higher-tier offer, mastermind, 1:1, partnership. Most of my six-figure clients started at $97.

That’s the full lifecycle.

The lesson most founders never learn: the money is not in the funnel. The money is in the lifecycle. Acquiring the client is just the start. The lifetime value lives in everything that happens after the credit card clears.

THE LAW OF THE POLYMATH

You were given gifts before you got here…

Most men spend their whole life never finding out what they were meant to do on earth. They die with songs unsung, books unwritten, businesses unbuilt, versions of themselves they never met. A shame to be honest.

Living up to the potential God created for you isn’t just a task. It’s the whole assignment.

Do it all. Die empty.

Attempt the thing that scares you. Build the body. Sharpen the mind. Pour out the creativity. Chase the dream that came to you when you were a kid before the world told you to be reasonable.

Reasonable men die full of unused gifts. The polymath refuses to be reasonable.

Try everything. Master what calls you. Build, learn, create, fail, build again. Honor the gifts by using them. Thats the best way to honor God.
