Finally — after almost two years of bringing this project to life, Villa Loedi is complete.It wasn’t an easy journey, but it was worth it. This project was deeply personal, far beyond simply building a villa.My family and I have been spending time in Bali for the past 15 years, so creating our own home here felt natural. It also became my first major project as an architect. I designed and drew everything from scratch. It’s not perfect, there are details I would refine and things I would approach differently but that’s part of growing and learning.I’m incredibly grateful to have built this alongside my dad, and for my family. It was important for me to include artwork from artists I truly admire, and even more meaningful to feature pieces by friends, as a way to support and celebrate them : @leamzn & @ezezaccardi. Some of the interior furniture pieces were crafted by @cabana_bali_furniture , thank you to them for their beautiful work and craftsmanship.Villa Loedi is more than a project; it’s something I created with my heart, a reflection of what home means to me. In the end, it’s not just about architecture, it’s about creating a place where life happens.A reflection of love, creativity, and collaboration.Deeply grateful to everyone who supported me throughout this journey. by @alixdrouin
