I’ve sworn by face and body oils for as long as I can remember, and I have my mom to thank for that. 🫶🏼 She taught me to apply body oil right after showering, and when I was pregnant, I got so many comments about not having stretch marks. I can’t say for sure that’s why, but I definitely think keeping my skin moisturized played a part!

My usual routine is applying oil right after turning off the water, before I even towel off. The @nordbodyofficial Multipeptide Body Oil switches things up a little, calling for application on clean, dry/damp skin so I apply it after toweling off instead.

It’s formulated to help firm and smooth the skin, and specifically targets areas like the stomach, thighs, arms, and underarms, with cellulite also called out as a concern it targets. Plus, the eucalyptus scent gives it that fresh, spa-like feel. 🌿

Another thing I appreciate? Packaging that actually tells you what you need to know: what’s in the product, what it does, and how to use it. No guessing what you’re putting on your skin!

It’s been a little over a week and I’m still dreaming of Balloon Fiesta. I’ve seen some cool things in my life and this definitely is up there in the top 10.

My friend said they look like marbles in the sky and that just made it even more magical.

There’s something about seeing the sky decorated with these flying ornaments that makes me feel like I’m in a storybook. It brought me to tears.

FUN FACT: Hot air balloons were invented in 1783 for scientific exploration, military reconnaissance, and entertainment/royal spectacle–🤯
That’s WILD!

I’ve wanted to experience the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta for years, and even though I am very much NOT a morning person, I’d happily wake up at 4am for this. 🎈

Finally getting to experience it — and getting to share it with my daughter — made it even more special. Definitely one of those mornings I know I’ll remember for a long time. 🤍

I’m really good about supporting local when it comes to restaurants and mom-and-pop coffee shops… but when it comes to buying gifts, for some reason I always default to online shopping. 😂

I’m trying to be better about shopping small and local, so I’m starting right here in my own neighborhood!

I don’t even have videos of everyone in my village, but here’s a little taste of what I mean when I say I have the most incredible one. 🤍

I have friends and family who don’t wait for me to ask for help. They just pick my daughter up, sit with her, play with her, and are simply present with her. I know that when I’m invited to dinner or an outing, she is always welcome. I never have to wonder if bringing her will be a burden or feel like I need to apologize for being a mom.

I have friends who have traveled with me just to help take care of my daughter so I could have a night to myself or a night with the baby daddy. I’ve had friends and family come with me on work trips, drive with me and sit in the car with her while I go inside to do a client’s makeup, and rearrange their own lives just to make mine a little easier.

And the thing is, they don’t do these things because I ask. They do them because they love her. Because they love me. Because they are my village.

I don’t know how people raise children without one, because I genuinely don’t know how I could do it without mine.

My daughter is so lucky to be surrounded by so many people who love her. And I am even luckier to get to do this life with all of you. 🤍

I left for Florida with my heart full, and I’m leaving with it overflowing. This work trip turned girls’ trip was exactly what I needed. 🤍

It is not lost on me how rare my friendships are. I’m so lucky to have friends who love my daughter as if she were their own blood.

Thank you, @jesscanz and @nikkirodtattoos, for making Nelson feel safe and for being so patient with her. Seeing the way you love her makes me want to cry the happiest tears. We love you both so much! 🥹🤍

Side note: Even though I travel A LOT, surprisingly, this was my first time in Florida—and it definitely won’t be my last. However, I will absolutely not be returning in August if I can help it. 😂 by @alixjm

Finding friends as an adult is already hard enough, but doing it in Los Angeles is an added challenge. Becoming long distance besties has been the saddest era of our friendship. I can’t believe we live on opposite coasts after 12+ years of being neighbors and at one point even roommates. It’s even harder to believe that it’s been almost a year since we saw each other last.
Miss you bitch! idk how long we can keep this long distance relationship up.

I think I can count on 1 hand how many times I’ve been to @disneyland and DCA and didn’t buy anything. This time was especially tempting. We could immediately see the difference in the style, quality, and fit since @bobbyhundreds took over. Fall/Halloween is already my favorite time to shop for Disney merch so not buying anything was a huge challenge. There is one sweater I didn’t get a picture or video of that might make its way to my closet in the coming months….we’ll see.
