POSTS STORIES REELS

Today I’m excited to officially announce the release of my first book:

GIVEN UP ON PURPOSE

This book shares my personal story of being given up at birth and how God used seasons of rejection, abandonment, and pain to reveal His purpose for my life.

Through powerful biblical stories and personal testimony, this book reminds us that what looks like the end may actually be the beginning of God’s plan.

Official Release Date: March 27

But I’m excited to share that PRE-ORDERS ARE AVAILABLE NOW.

You can order your copy today anywhere books are sold, including:

Amazon
Barnes & Noble
Apple Books

Give me a clean heart So I may serve Thee
Lord fix my heart So that I may be used by Thee
For I’m not worthy Of all these blessings
Give me a clean heart And I’ll follow Thee! Thank you Chairman Linwood N Stephanie Dillard and Coordinators Superintendent Sancho Williams, Evangelist Bridgette Wright and Pastor Willie Calvin Haynes for the wonderful opportunity afforded to me to go forth during the Fresh Oil Encounter and for giving me the option of praying or preaching. I’m sticking with prayer. #cogic #iloveaim #cogicaim #cogicaimconvention #prayer #prayerworks #ADLCMinistries #preachcoop #praycoop #youngpreachermovement #youngpreacher #apostolic #pilgrimassemblies #cooljc #baptist #intercessoryprayer by @aljenoncooper

Can you genuinely forgive someone and still not want anything to do with them? I’m interested in hearing how people distinguish forgiveness from reconciliation. #forgiveness #reconciliation #fyp #explore by @aljenoncooper

I’m concerned that we’ve become so determined to make Christianity culturally acceptable that we’ve forgotten Christianity was always supposed to transform culture…not surrender to it. by @aljenoncooper

CAN I SAY SOMETHING? 🎙️

One thing I’ve learned about healing is that you can let go of something you haven’t necessarily gotten over.

Sometimes we think we’ve moved past certain experiences until something happens that brings those same feelings right back to the surface.

But I’ve also learned that just because something still hurts doesn’t mean you haven’t made progress.

The surgery may have been successful, but that doesn’t mean recovery won’t be painful!

Healing isn’t always linear, and a difficult moment doesn’t erase the progress you’ve already made.

Have you ever had something trigger feelings you thought you had already gotten over?

I think we’ve created a generation of people who know how to identify everybody else’s trauma but struggle to take accountability for their own behavior. #trauma #accountability by @aljenoncooper
