HELD SPACE. Who will hold space for me like you?
In all of your selfishness, you’ve also held the greatest love
The biggest heart in action
You’ve held space when you could
You’ve been the safest place for my every whim and thought
No judgement
Gemini twins at the very core
My out loud inner thought bubbles in person form
A knowing without ever having to explain
The exhale in living color
If the world needed to know their true soulmates I could shout that I had found mine
One word means ten
Synchronized understandings
Core memories rooted so deeply
So again who will hold space for me I ask?
And I know the answer
It is no one

Internal Stories

With just a glance
We judge
Creating our own stories
Assumptions on who a person really is
Our first thoughts always
Trend to the negatives
Sizing up our invisible competition
Only skin deep and yet
Our minds race

Not one person ever
Meets out standards
What is it that causes us to be
The authorities
We are charged to spawn
Anything to feel better about ourselves
And yet
We are no better than the villains
The dark creations in our minds

DELICATE

Precious memories of delicate occasions
Sending thoughts drifting
Reminiscent of intimacy
And the meditation guides you
To flashbacks that linger
Being in someone’s confidential desires
Brings a different type of admiration
It is exactly where I want to be
Craving to always be yearned for,
It is the sensualism
Linked to all continued
Burning flames

Poem in the caption ✨. #poetry #soul #writersofinstagram #writer #fyp … I Will Not Abandon Myself

In this chapter of renewal
I am shedding what no longer belongs
The explanations or need to be understood
I will feel what I feel
Without dressing it up
I will grieve
I will rage
I will love
And I will not apologize

I have no space left
For the counterfeit or fraudulent
For those who perform kindness
While revealing their patterns
Is it rarely an exception
It is a reflection
Of who they are
Misunderstanding me
And miss me with the inauthenticity

Strangers…

Why does it take a stranger to see me
A stranger to recognize the ache beneath
A stranger that feels my pain

Our kindred can somehow miss signs
We are connected by nature
And also shaped apart by nurture
Sometimes healing needs
To be in the distance of a stranger
Allowing you to be seen without history
And finally feel whole again

Alpha

The hidden fragility of men
Is the most boring and transparent
To an alpha female
Just as much as they seek to claim and conquer us
We do likewise, our carnal energies

The intuition we have draws them in
But it also draws us away from them
We are not the fragile type
Although we do have feelings

We control our femininity
Analytical beyond their perception
Our advances are precise
Alphas always conquer
