Today, our Aurelia Parent & Coach Roundtable officially began. A new space for open conversation around one shared goal: helping children grow in healthier, safer, and more supportive environments. We are already bringing different generations to the same table. Two parents. Two coaches.
Different experiences. Different questions. Different perspectives. One shared responsibility: the child 💎 Healthy sport is not built by one person. It is built when parents, coaches, educators, and youth leaders are willing to: listen, communicate, ask questions, and learn from one another. No lectures. No blame. Just honest dialogue, shared experience, and thoughtful conversation about what children truly need from the adults around them. Different roles. Different perspectives. One child at the center. The Athlete Triangle Athlete • Parent • Coach This was only the beginning. From now on, Aurelia will host an open Parent & Coach Roundtable on the last Saturday of every month. A place to ask questions, exchange perspectives, and continue learning together. Growing a healthy generation together🤍 If you would like to become part of this community, send us a message and we’ll add you. Parents • Coaches • Educators • Youth Leaders by @allaachka
When I was 10 years old, I thought winning meant medals, competitions, and standing on the podium🏆 And to be honest, I was fortunate enough to experience that part of the journey. Rhythmic gymnastics gave me discipline, resilience, unforgettable memories, and lessons that shaped who I am today, but what I never imagined was that one day I would find even greater joy in helping others succeed! Today, as a coach, I have the privilege of watching athletes grow in confidence, discover their strengths, overcome challenges, and achieve goals they once thought were impossible. Some of my greatest victories are no longer my own. They belong to the athletes, families, and communities I have been blessed to work with throughout the years. And perhaps that is the most meaningful win of all. That vision is also the reason I am building Aurelia Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy. A place where young athletes can develop in an environment built on safety, respect, excellence, body awareness, and long-term athlete development. A place where children can grow not only as gymnasts, but as people. ✨ Opening Fall 2026 in the Seattle Eastside area. If you’d like to receive updates and be among the first families to hear about programs, registration, and academy news, I would love to welcome you to our waitlist. 🤍 Join the Aurelia Waitlist @aureliargacademy by @allaachka
Somewhere along the way, parts of youth sport began confusing suffering with seriousness. A child tolerating more pain does not automatically mean she is becoming more disciplined. Discipline is much bigger than pain tolerance. It is showing up consistently. Learning technique. Accepting feedback. Developing patience. Practicing when progress is slow. Taking responsibility for preparation. Learning to regulate emotions and continue working through appropriate challenge. Those are extraordinarily valuable skills👑 But teaching an athlete to repeatedly ignore pain or warning signals from her body is something different. Sport will involve effort. It will involve fatigue, challenge, frustration, and sometimes discomfort. The goal is not to remove challenge. The goal is to teach athletes how to understand it🫂 Children need opportunities to learn the difference between effort, discomfort, fatigue, fear, and pain and to feel safe communicating what they are experiencing. That does not make them weak athletes, It can help them become more informed, self-aware, and ultimately more independent athletes👑 I believe high standards and athlete well-being can exist in the same training environment. We do not have to choose between developing resilient athletes and treating children with dignity! We can do both and I believe the future of coaching depends on learning how. — Coach Alla High-Performance Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach Founder, Aurelia Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy @aureliargacademy and Move Your Body @allaachka.27 by @allaachka
Thirty🤍 October 27, 2026🎆 Somewhere in Siberia, where my story began, I turned 30. I used to imagine that by thirty, life would look a certain way. That I would have more answers. More certainty. Maybe even a clearer picture of what success was supposed to feel like. But this birthday taught me something unexpected. The day before turning thirty, I was sitting at home preparing little thank-you cards for my students. Writing their names. Thinking about each of them. Remembering the moments we’ve shared, the little breakthroughs, the conversations, the trust and somewhere between those cards, I realized something. I am already so incredibly rich🤍 Not necessarily in the ways the world usually measures wealth, but in people. In the privilege of being trusted. In the opportunity to be part of someone’s growth. In the relationships that have found their way into my life, sometimes across countries, languages, and completely different chapters and in the fact that on my 30th birthday, I got to wake up and do something I genuinely love. Life hasn’t always been easy. There have been moments of starting over, difficult decisions, disappointments, uncertainty, and lessons I never expected to learn and I won’t pretend that turning thirty suddenly makes everything clear. There are still dreams I’m working toward. Things I’m learning to let go of. Parts of myself I’m still discovering and yes, there are moments when I wish certain things looked different. But this birthday reminded me that gratitude and longing can exist together. I can be thankful for the life I have and still hope for more. I can celebrate how far I’ve come without pretending that every part of the journey has been beautiful and I can enter this new decade without having everything figured out. At thirty, I don’t want a perfect life. I want a meaningful one. A life where I keep learning, loving, building, creating, helping, and becoming. To every person who has trusted me, supported me, taught me something, challenged me, or simply walked beside me for a part of this journey, thank you🤍 And to the little girl who started her story in Siberia thirty years ago: We still h by @allaachka
The Language of Silence | The Studio — Part V Movement became my language long before I had the words to explain my story. In the mountains, that language existed between the earth and the sky. Here, it lives in the smallest details — a gesture, a breath, a shift in balance, the way silk follows the body. For years, I learned precision, control, and discipline. And with time, I discovered something else: discipline does not have to take freedom away. It can give expression its depth. This is the beauty I keep finding in movement. Strength and softness. Structure and freedom. Emotion and intention. Some stories are not meant to be explained. They are meant to be felt 🤍 Creative Team 💎 Photography & Creative Direction: @grafkina_photography Model & Movement: @allaachka Makeup Artist & Hairstylist: @katiekerartistry Wardrobe Styling: @ullallally Concept Contributors & Assistants: @gowtham.chandrasekar @priyankaa_prakashh Assistant: davidkyaw9497 by @allaachka
The Language of Silence | The Studio — Part IV The mountains gave this story space, the studio brings us closer. Without the horizon, there is only light, silk, breath and the woman I have become. In this chapter, silence is not emptiness. It is a space for reflection, a place where discipline and tenderness no longer have to compete. The fabric folds, moves, and opens just as we do through the different seasons of our lives. The same story, a different landscape. This time, the one within🤍 Creative Team 💎 Photography & Creative Direction: @grafkina_photography Model & Movement: @allaachka Makeup Artist and Hairstylist: @katiekerartistry Wardrobe Styling: @ullallally Concept Contributors & Assistants: @gowtham.chandrasekar @priyankaa_prakashh Assistant: davidkyaw9497 by @allaachka
The Language of Silence | The Mountains — Part III Becoming 💎 There comes a season when you no longer need to prove your strength. You have lived, learned, rebuilt, and grown. The fire is still there, but now it comes with clarity. The softness is still there, but now it comes with wisdom and perhaps transformation is not about becoming someone entirely new. Perhaps it is about finally becoming fully yourself. The Language of Silence | The Mountains — Part II Refined fire..not chaotic, but intentional, not destructive, but transformative. There are seasons in life that ask us to survive, and others that teach us what to do with the strength we have gained. I am learning that true strength doesn’t always need to be loud. Sometimes, it simply becomes the way we move through the world. The Language of Silence | The Mountains — Part I Somewhere between earth and sky, movement becomes its own language, a story of strength and softness, resilience and transformation of learning to turn life’s experiences into something beautiful. Some stories don’t need words. They live in the way we move, the way we grow, and the person we become. A beautiful collaboration where movement, nature, and art meet🤍 Creative Team💎 Photography & Creative Direction: @grafkina_photography Model & Movement: @allaachka Wardrobe Styling: @ullallally Concept Contributors & Assistants: @gowtham.chandrasekar @priyankaa_prakashh Assistant: davidkyaw9497 by @allaachka
