I’m excited to share that I’m now seeing patients at @natcheztracevet off HWY 100 every Wednesday!

I got a sweet surprise today when my mother and our family Rottie, “Leni”, came by the clinic for a nail trim and vaccines! taken in Natchez Trace Veterinary Services by @allan_heuerman

Things I’ve learned in my first 3 months as an ER Vet:

1. Energy drinks are basically a food group.
2. Animals don’t read textbooks (it would be so much easier if they did).
3. Cats think they’re invincible, and I’m starting to believe them.
4. Not every situation has a straightforward solution and not every case has a happy ending.
5. Shit happens. Things don’t always go as planned. Stay ready. Trust yourself. Trust your team.
6. Be honest, be flexible, work with people, and find a way to say yes. taken in Veterinary Emergency Group by @allan_heuerman
