Lately, I’ve been feeling a little numb. Losing a friend in such a tragic and senseless way has left a pain that’s hard to put into words. My heart hurts. I feel the pain in my body, my mind feels heavy, and some days I just don’t have the energy for the unnecessary bullshit.

For those closest to me, please understand if I don’t want to stay on a long call. State your purpose, get to the point, and let me carry on with my day. It’s not personal—I just don’t have the capacity right now.

This feels like such a bittersweet season. There are still things to be grateful for, moments to smile about, and life that has to keep moving… but underneath it all, there’s this deep sadness that I’m carrying.

I’m learning to give myself permission to feel it, to be quiet, to pull back, and to protect my peace.

Whatever is exposed is simply what was once hidden in the dark. One thing I've learned is to stay true to myself and true to my identity. What I don't do is create illusions or pretend to be something I'm not.

I give people the best version of myself. If you've ever experienced distance, coldness, or a different side of me, it's only because I've first received that energy from you. I'm not creating something new—I'm simply reciprocating what was given.

Authenticity has always been my standard. What you see from me is a reflection of how I'm treated, not a performance designed to impress anyone. by @allan_jackman

This birthday wasn’t loud.
It was necessary.

I’ve smiled through a lot this past year.
Carried things I didn’t speak about.
Handled pressure I didn’t post.
Took losses I didn’t explain.

There were moments I questioned myself.
Moments I felt behind.
Moments I felt tired in a way sleep couldn’t fix.

Business slowed.
Plans shifted.
People moved different.
And I had to learn — the hard way — that not everyone claps for you in private the way they do in public.

But I didn’t fold.

Even when I was stressed.
Even when money was tight.
Even when I felt misunderstood.
Even when I wanted to disappear for a while.

Standing in this water, I realized something —
I bent… but I didn’t break.

This year humbled me.
It stretched me.
It exposed me.
But it also built me.

So this birthday isn’t about hype.
It’s about survival.
It’s about growth.
It’s about becoming a man who doesn’t crumble under pressure.
