For her 8th birthday I suggested Savanna give herself the best present - 10 minutes of exercise before school.
Week one, done.

A pretty perfect start to the day with my favourite girl, and then I realised it's International Day of the Girl.
Gender equality is an issue very close to my heart. The solutions are complex, but part of the answer starts with how we raise our daughters - to be strong, confident and to believe in themselves.
Couldn't be prouder of my Savanna. ❤️ by @allaouvarova

Shit happens. Luckily not literally. 😂
YOU vs. YOU. HYROX Maastricht didn't exactly go to plan. 8th in my category, but my slowest HYROX by quite some margin. Particularly frustrating as I was hoping for a PB after all that training in Bali.
I don't like making excuses, but I hadn't been feeling great, although I thought I felt okay on the day. About 20 minutes in, things started to unravel. The weights felt heavier, my legs even more so. I wondered if I'd run an extra lap or two, but at that pace I'd have needed to run an extra 3k!!!
Not even the new @twochicksproducts could power me through.
Looks like I'll have to do another one. taken in MECC Maastricht by @allaouvarova
