Greatness is not a title or worldly achievement. It’s a transformation. In relationships, leadership, and business, most people don’t fail from lack of talent. They fail where their character collapses under pressure. The moment your ego wants to win the argument or dominate the room, or control the outcome,- but you choose focus & humility instead. Because real leadership isn’t power over people. It’s presence with people. It’s staying honest, regulated, and compassionate when it would be easier to harden, blame, or disappear. If you keep repeating the same patterns, it’s not a strategy problem. It’s an identity problem. And it’s solvable - by guidance.Something we all need when life hits hard. If you’re ready to stop repeating patterns, message me “READY.” And let’s get in motion. Much love, Ben by @allboutben

A man doesn’t prove love with intensity; he proves it with consistency…especially when her world gets loud. Just like the ocean. Holding her isn’t fixing her; it’s staying rooted so her body can breathe again when she needs you. And the deepest kind of holding is building rituals that keep you connected on purpose.Like a daily moment of silence or prayer, inviting God into your relationship, your decisions, your tone, your patience.Planning dates like they matter, because intimacy doesn’t happen by accident.Going for walks without phones, just presence, honesty, and space to be seen. That’s how love becomes safe: anchored in God, strengthened through small, faithful choices. Save this. Come back to it when life gets loud.Much love,Ben by @allboutben

2025… what an ups & downs kind of year.Started on the inspiring, magical island of Ibiza.Later moved to Berlin, new home, new routines, old friends, new friends, new challenges…And wow… what a beautiful summer we had. Unforgettable weddings, stunning moments, so much life, and so much love wherever we went. But if I’m honest, the most precious moment of the year was quieter….A mountain in the north of Ibiza. A little picnic for (and with) my love, Asma.I went down on my knees, asked that one question… and she said YES.“25/06/25“Words can’t fully describe what came up in me. I prayed for this kind of love… and somehow, by God’s grace, I found it.My sweet love, you loved me when I didn’t love myself. You saw me when I lost sight. And you gently kicked my ass when I wasn’t present….When you were sharing from your heart and I wasn’t fully listening… (learning & growing)Thank you for your patience. For your softness and your strength. For the way you bless my days with your presence and my soul & spirit with your love.I don’t say this often enough… but I’m deeply, endlessly grateful that it’s you I get to share this life with. I love you Asma 🤍Off to so many more adventures & blessings. Ben by @allboutben

Your soul already knows. This is your invitation to come home. Most people don’t need a: “new personality”.They need permission to stop abandoning themselves. If your nervous system learned:“love = performance”…this is your reminder:Safe love is steady. Purpose is peaceful even if challenging at times. Your truth doesn’t need to be earned but lived.Feeling the pull? Book a Free Intake Call in my bio. We’ll see if we’re aligned and what your next step really is.Much love, Ben #personaldevelopment #emotionalhealing #purpose #identity by @allboutben

Hey sisters - this is for you, (of course for my brothers too:) especially if you’ve ever had to shrink yourself to feel safe.Maybe it was a mother or aunt who or an ex partner who used shame, comparison, or guilt to control you. Maybe it was a partner who felt intense and “special” at first… until you started questioning yourself, walking on eggshells, and carrying the emotional weight for two.My intention is simple: loving awareness. Because once you recognise a pattern like blame, twisting, silent treatment, control, selective honesty: you stop making it about your worth. And you can finally choose what protects your peace. If this resonates, consider one brave step: name what hurts—with calm, clarity, and an open heart. Ask for respect. Ask for safety. Ask for consistency. Sometimes people can grow—when they’re willing to take responsibility. And sometimes… the most loving thing you can do is create distance.I’ve experienced that kind of separation too. It wasn’t what I wanted, and it hurt but yet it also created space. Space for truth. Space for calm. Space for relationships that don’t require you to abandon yourself.A boundary isn’t punishment. It’s protection.Saying “no” isn’t selfish but self-respect. And if someone keeps choosing manipulation over growth, there comes a point where “enough” is sacred space. If you have questions, leave a comment. If it’s private, DM me, I’ll do my best to respond. “If love had to be earned, your nervous system learns: safety = performance.”If you grew up with a narcissistic parent (often a mother or father), affection was rarely just there. It was tied to their mood, your ability to function, and how well you adapted. That doesn’t shape you only “in your head” — it shapes you in your body too:• You become the peacekeeper.• You feel worthy only when you deliver.• Calm, healthy relationships suddenly feel “boring” —> while chaos feels familiar.Truth:That’s not weakness. That’s conditioning.Your system learned to store stress as normal - and later, it unconsciously seeks what it knows. The good news: you’re not broken. You can relearn what safe love is: calm, clear, nourishing — no proving, no drama, just real and safe. Much love,Ben #nervoussystemhealing#attachmenthealing#innerchildwork by @allboutben

Hey brothers, this is first for you who’ve experienced toxic masculinity in any form. Maybe it was a grandfather who told you you’re “not a real man,” a parent who shamed your emotions, or a friend/partner who blames, twists, and manipulates you… and you couldn’t quite name what was happening. My intention is simple: loving awareness — because when you can see the pattern, you can stop carrying it or might even change living it.And sisters: if any of this resonates, maybe it’s time for a conversation with an open heart. Speak about what hurts. Ask for new ways of communication, respect, and safety. Sometimes people can change & grow: when they’re willing to take responsibility. And sometimes… the healthiest option is distance. I’ve lived this. It was painful - honestly, it still is - but it also set me free. It created space for people who truly see me. And as the noise left my life, I became calmer, more grounded, and able to hold deeper space for my partner, my family, my friends, and my clients.A boundary is not selfish: Saying “no” is self-love. Empathy matters - but if someone refuses to grow and keeps choosing manipulation, there comes a point where “enough” is holy.If you have questions on this topic, drop them in the comments. If it’s too private, DM me - I’ll do my best to reply personally. Much love, Ben by @allboutben

Dir vergeben, wo du dich klein gemacht hast.

🤍#selbstliebe by @allboutben

🤍#empathisch #narzissmus #toxischebeziehung #selbstliebe #grenzenziehen by @allboutben
