This is my interview with Darius Klingen ahead of his fight at Main Event Promotions Show One, where he breaks down the hard work, preparation and intensity that has gone into his camp. 🥊🔥

Darius opens up about how hard he’s been training and gives an insight into what his preparation has looked like behind the scenes — and trust me, the work has been serious. 💪💥

He also talks about me getting to see first-hand what his training looks like and the level of intensity he’s been bringing into the gym.

And when it comes to fight night, Darius already has a game plan.

Chop the tree down. 🌳💥

He wants to start by attacking the body, breaking his opponent down from the inside and making sure the damage starts early. No waiting around. No feeling his way into the fight.

Pressure from the opening bell.

Darius also speaks about what comes next, with his sights firmly set on building momentum and hopefully getting more and more opportunities with Main Event Promotions after this fight.

The camp is done. The work is in.

Now it’s time to let the training speak. 🥊🔥

📅 19th September
🥊 Main Event Promotions Show One

Darius Klingen is coming to chop that tree down. 🌳💥🔥

All Day MMA fighter @csp_mma in action last week on @mepboxing

Quite possibly one of the best fights our gym has ever been in. We may have lost this on a split decision but personally and genuinely I think both guys involved won that day. No doubt again a fight of the day candidate but so proud of Charlie what a performance against a dangerous and scary opponent. It's always beautiful to watch Charlie throw hands and we know with these bout he has gain tons of experience and improved overall as a martial artist. Well done CSP!

Another win for Alex. 2 out of 2 so far for 2026! Great for Alex to have his 2 daughters by his side watching their dad get his hand raised in their crystal palace shirts. Like Alex and like the song we are Glad all over!

All Day MMA Fighter Darius Klingen in action last week @mepboxing

So very proud of Darius for all he achieved leading up to this. Didn't get the results we intended but learnt a lot and saw great improvements in Darius. This is just the beginning for Darius he has the warrior spirit to bounce back better and stronger each time.

All Day MMA fighter Kayleigh Johnson in action last week.

Everyone was awaiting this young lady's debut and with good reason. Kayleigh has been training now for 2 years and at 16 years old the sky really is the limit for her. Very much looking forward to seeing what Kayleigh does next and great to see how a small gym in Caterham has grown with the girls really shining through with their skills. Well done on your debut win Kayleigh well deserved.

All Day MMA fighter; Dhineka Narain in action last week @mepboxing

After a very long and tiring camp it was great to see Dhineka win her debut via Unamious decision. Dhineka worked every minute of every hour for this win and all the hard work paid off which is exactly what competition is all about.
