Do your club coaches drive 3+ hours to come watch you play college ball?? Coach Jenn and Coach Kenna drove to Austin today to watch some AVB alumni compete against each other in a tri-match. Miss seeing these faces in our gym but glad they are continuing to play ball at the collegiate level!! Hope to see y'all back at AVB! ❤️🏐💙 #AVB #AllegianceVolleyball #WherePassionMeetsPerformance #qualityoverquantity #MakeTheSwitch taken in Allegiance Volleyball by @allegiancevb

Every coach has those athletes who just mean a little more, and this one definitely holds a special place with me. She’s a solid volleyball player who competes hard, puts in the work, and is never afraid to go after the goals she sets for herself. But what I appreciate most is her drive, determination, and the way she continues to push herself to become better every time she steps on the court. She’s a goal getter through and through, and I’m incredibly proud to be her coach and watch her journey unfold. Keep grinding! There’s so much more ahead for you! ❤️💙🏐 #AVB #AllegianceVolleyball #WherePassionMeetsPerformance #qualityoverquantity #MakeTheSwitch taken in Allegiance Volleyball by @allegiancevb

A good coach teaches the game. A GREAT coach sees beyond the athlete. They see the heart, the struggles, the battles no one else may know about, and the potential she sometimes can’t see in herself. Having a coach who knows what my daughter has fought through and still believes in her is something I will never take for granted. He knows the hard days, the setbacks, and the moments that have challenged her confidence, yet he continues to see everything she is capable of, both on and off the court. Even in the offseason, when there’s no obligation to show up, he does. He supports her, encourages her, and reminds her that she is capable and worth believing in. As her mom, I can’t fully put into words what it means to know someone truly sees my child for who she is and who she is becoming. A good coach can make your daughter a better player, but a GREAT coach believes in her through the wins and losses, invests in the person she is becoming, and leaves an impact that reaches far beyond the court. by @allegiancevb

🇺🇸 We Will NEVER Forget 🇺🇸 Today, the AVB Family pauses to remember the lives lost, the heroes who ran toward danger, the families forever changed, and the strength our nation showed on September 11, 2001. May we always remember the courage, sacrifice, and unity that brought Americans together on one of our darkest days. A day of remembrance. A nation UNITED. Forever in our hearts. ❤️🏐💙 - Your AVB Family 9/11 • Never Forget 🇺🇸 #AVB #AllegianceVolleyball #WherePassionMeetsPerformance #qualityoverquantity #MakeTheSwitch taken in Allegiance Volleyball by @allegiancevb

In a world where winning often gets all the attention, I'm incredibly thankful for friendships like these! They aren't just club directors, they're some of the most genuine people I've had the privilege to know. We come from different clubs, wear different logos, and compete on different courts, but we're united by one purpose: putting athletes first! We believe that volleyball is about so much more than trophies. It's about developing confident young people, teaching life lessons, building character, and creating opportunities that will impact these athletes long after they play their last point. True leaders don't tear others down to build themselves up. They encourage, support, collaborate, and celebrate the success of every athlete, no matter where they play. I'm grateful for these friendships, for the conversations, the laughs, the shared vision, and the reminder that when we lead with integrity and keep kids at the center of everything we do, we all help grow this game we love. Here's to friendships that make us better, coaches who lead with purpose, and always putting athletes before everything else! ❤️🏐💙 #AVB #MOCOMAVS #RVC #TLVC by @allegiancevb
