Ce travail propose une célébration du corps. Il invite à le regarder autrement : comme un lieu de mémoire, de puissance, de beauté et de vulnérabilité.
En prendre l’empreinte, l’observer, le transformer en sculpture, devient une manière de l’honorer, de le reconnaître et de se réapproprier son histoire.

Ce projet est née d’une intention personnelle, garder un souvenir de mon corps, et célébrer la maison de l’âme.
Je voulais faire du corps à la fois le sujet de l’œuvre et l’outil de création.

This project was born from a personal intention: to preserve the memory of my body and to celebrate it as the home of the soul.
I wanted the body to become both the subject of the work and the tool through which it was created.

Au fil du processus, le travail a révélé une autre lecture.

J’ai vu apparaître une armure. Solide et fragile à la fois, entre protection et vulnérabilité. Ce corps comme une armure physique, mais aussi spirituelle : il est le gardien de nos émotions et le témoin de notre histoire. Il porte les traces de ce que nous vivons, de ce que nous traversons, de ce qui nous construit.

As the process unfolded, the work revealed another interpretation.
I began to see an armor emerge—both strong and fragile, suspended between protection and vulnerability. The body became not only a physical armor, but also a spiritual one: the guardian of our emotions and the witness to our personal history.
