My 5 best reasons for going plant based.

1. Saving animals lives, saving the planet, helping people

2. Lowers the risk of heart attack, cancer, diabetes, and other preventable diseases.

3. When I am healthy, I feel empowered to help others achieve the same level of health.

4. Connection to spirituality, feeling more at peace and connected to everything. Profound realizations of oneness.

5. Community, celebrating and sharing the plant based lifestyle with other loving humans.

Vulnerable post here.

I have been dealing with anger problems and difficulty regulating emotions within my relationships and outside of them too. I feel like I handle it well until it bubbles out of control like a volcano then I have regrets and shame about it after. I recognize I have a problem and im praying everyday for positive change within myself, yet I still face these issues almost everyday.

If you have any positive advice and helpful solutions/recommendations, message me. I need help and im seeking out anger management classes. I am being vulnerable putting this out here on Facebook, but I really want this change before the anger and frustration drives away the people I love the most. Thanks for reading. Grateful for all the times spent at @deadandcompany shows, watching Bobby and the boys rip it up. The music of the Grateful Dead makes the audience feel integral to the whole experience, energy is reciprocated from the band to the audience, back and forth. Its a feeling of pure magic being at a show.

My first time seeing @bobweir play was in Chicago, July 2015 for the Grateful Dead 50th anniversary, the last time being the 60th anniversary in San Francisco, August 2025. Really happy that I got to experience the magic of the music, people, and culture, that has shaped my life, the way I play music, and perceive it.

Thank you Bobby for a real good time. I know this music will always live. Let there be songs to fill the air.

Vibin' in the Pines 2025 festival in Wisconsin with good friends.

Really grateful for Brady, Mitch and the whole crew for putting this festival together. Glad I made the journey out here to celebrate with lifelong friends. I highly recommend checking out @vibininthepines next year. Great music, awesome people, a healing village with activities, while surrounded by beautiful nature. Will definitely come back!
