Celebrating 7 Years of Impact! 🎉

🌟This year marks a special milestone for us at Allen Foundation—7 incredible years of empowering communities, transforming lives, and making a difference. What began as a desire to positively impact our community has now touched countless lives.

🌍 Through our educational conferences and charity initiatives, we’ve directly and indirectly impacted over 1,000 individuals and partnered with major organizations in the health and education sectors, all with one goal: supporting social and economic development across Africa.

🙏🏾 By God’s grace, our mission and passion remain unchanged. We’re now strategically positioning ourselves for the next level, seeking partnerships and support to contribute to the UN SDGs 1, 3, & 4 and bring positive change to Africa.

💚A special thanks to all our partners and volunteers over the years—without you, we couldn’t have achieved this! The Allen Foundation Loves and celebrates you all! Here’s to many more years of making a difference together!

#throwback 🔥

The mind. The body. The attitude.

@zhengy22 brought a different kind of energy to F.A.R. Code — reminding us that high performance isn’t just about what you know, but how you train yourself to show up.

And yes… we got moving too. 😂

Faith. Attitude. Relationships.

This is F.A.R. Code.

And we’re just getting started.

You can’t separate the mind from the body. 🧠💪

@zhengy22 brought the energy, the insight, and eventually, got the room moving. 😂

A little throwback to the inaugural F.A.R. Code Conference.

We’re just getting started. 🔥

[Photo Highlight] Book Dedication 📚

A look back at the Farcode conference 2026, book dedication with @jyde_adeyemi. Thank you so much sir for blessing the book F.A.R with your kind words and prayers.

A huge thank you to @jyde_adeyemi and @elevategta for your unending support during the F.A.R book dedication. This moment ment more than just a book dedication, it was more about a son receiving blessings from his father. Your words have taken F.A.R far! Moments like this reminds us of the reason why we have embarked on this journey.

Have you grabbed a copy of F.A.R yet?

Lady Abha’s keynote address was nothing but inspiring. She went beyond just mere motivation and tapped into reality. While tackling the issues marginalized people experience on a day to day basis.

One thing the resonate is the importance of remaining authentic. She emphasized that in the process of integration it is equally vital to remain authentic to self, to avoid conflict of identity.

As a business owner, young professional, student, and immigrant there is always a tendency to desire to fit in. Lady Abha’s keynote address acknowledges that as courage, by creating opportunities for oneself but she creates a balance by highlighting that many fall in the trap of erasing their authenticity in order to fit in certain areas. Whilst fitting in is necessary, authenticity on the other hand cannot be downplayed. Both can coexist.

Be authentic!
