2023 → 2026

65kg → 73kg

Time spent eating when I wasn’t hungry.
Training when I didn’t feel like it.
Accepting that progress would sometimes be painfully slow.

In a sport where getting inside out while retaining as much tissue as possible, I had to learn that sometimes the best thing you can do for your physique is to step away from the stage and build.

The version of me at 65kg had nothing to be ashamed of. I just wanted to get better.

So I spent the next 2.5 years doing exactly that

I stayed the course

Just years of stacking small decisions on top of each other.

More muscle
More maturity
Better smile 😊
A completely different physique

That’s the part of bodybuilding people don’t see.

They don’t see the time spent that made it possible.

So if you’re in your own improvement season right now

DON’T RUSH IT

You don’t need to look your best every month

You need to keep building until the next time you step on stage, you barely recognise the person you used to be.

The goal was to always become better

One thing I’m incredibly proud of is the team that we have @ifbbproleagueoz this weekend! All for the love of bodybuilding and the support is unmatched.

I’m truly blessed to call this my job and it sure as hell doesn’t feel like a job. No better feeling than helping someone achieve their goals and dreams.

Another epic weekend of bodybuilding at @ifbbproleagueoz natural pro qualifier. No doubt this is going to be huge in the years to come.

Extremely thankful for the team for showing up and bringing the vibes.I realised how lucky I am to have all the love and support from the community when I travel to different shows at different places.

I definitely cannot do this on my own. Maybe one day when I’m more organised I can put something together and we can all get together 🤣🤣.
