Weird to think that I got to hold $9.12 million. Check out the new highest priced comic of all time.

I've said some stupid shit out loud more than once in my life. No matter how stupid it was, there's no reason why it should mean that this little boy should grow up without a father. Just because someone's opinion might hurt your feelings, you have no right to end their life and ruin the lives of others. If you feel joy from what happened today to a person whose opinion you find reprehensible, then you are no better than you perceive them to be. If you feel that what he has said about empathy and gun deaths somehow justifies what happened to him, then realize that you are choosing to agree with him when it suits your interests. The guy just said something. It doesn't mean he deserves to die. I got to hold my boy's hand tonight as he fell asleep. Two more children will never hold their father's hand again. by @allenmauldin

If you would've told me 10 years ago that one day I would be handling original @alex_maleev paintings, I would've smacked you for getting my hopes up. Coming soon to an @heritagecomics auction near you.

Feeling honored to be mentioned in the catalog for the 100th Comics Signature Auction. Having my name included in the same catalog as some of the biggest comics of all time is pretty wild. This is an incredible place to work, and the books I see on a daily basis are ones that I would never see anywhere else.

Ronin is the reincarnation of Johnny Cash. I'm glad I didn't name him Sue. by @allenmauldin

After a rollercoaster of a week and a lot of bravery on @mindymcmillan's behalf, our son is born. Here is Ronin Alexander McMillan Mauldin. I have no words to express how happy I am and how fortunate I feel to be given this gift of fatherhood, and I can think of no one more perfect to share parenthood with than Mindy. These are the two people I live my life for now, and until the day it ends. I love you both. by @allenmauldin

I just got to hold the single most expensive comic of all time before it goes to auction in only 2 hours. It's hard to believe that I work in a place where I get to personally see books that my childhood self could only dream of. I'm very fortunate to be where I am.

This is a massive deal. I just sent an email myself. If you want comics to be interesting again, send them an email. If you don't know the story here, look into it. Thanks to @alanmoorebr for bringing this to my attention. Let @dcofficial know that you want Swamp Thing 88 to be published!

Happy #Hellboy Day! This book by the imcomparable @artofmm came out on this day way back in 1994. Still absolutely thrilled to have it in a 9.8.

I'm so incredibly happy to have the same copy of the Error Edition of #Sandman #19 that belonged to @neilhimself. Not only that, but it's a signature series 9.8, AND I got to meet him yesterday before our massive Neil Gaiman Collection Signature Auction to have him sign my copy of #Hellblazer #27. In addition to that, he even signed my copy of Fortunately, The Milk, and dedicated it to my son, Ronin, who will be joining the world in only 2 months. He truly is a class act. by @allenmauldin

Today, I have the pleasure to announce that @mindymcmillan and I will be bringing a new life into the world. I consider this to be the single greatest thing that I will ever do, and I am both honored and humbled to know that I am going to be a dad. Being a parent is a sacred responsibility and one that I do not take lightly. I am terrified, overjoyed, overwhelmed, nervous, and excited about entering this new phase of my life, and I can't wait for what comes next. by @allenmauldin
