INSPIRATIONAL! @MarliesMejiasGarcia, was the winner of the Women's Pro Race at @buckscoclassic. On the third lap of twenty-two, she went down with a group of riders, sliding along the asphalt. She got up, put her chain back on, and went on to win the race. 🏆 WOW!

It was fun meeting and talking with all the photographers at the race. Sorry we didn't have more hats to give away😀 Be sure to tag @allenscamera and @buckscoclassic on all your photo. Let's do it again next year!

Join Allen’s Camera, Tamron Americas, and Professional Photographer Rick Gerrity for a two-part photography experience - an in-store class and location workshop photographing a remarkable collection of weathered vehicles, forgotten signs, handcrafted objects, and unexpected scenes.

Class: Friday, October 2nd at 5:30 p.m at Allen's Camera
Workshop: Sunday, October 4th 10am-2pm, we'll meet in Egg Harbor, NJ

Our August film spotlight winner always brings a smile to our faces when he drops off his film. We thought his photos were a perfect way to bid farewell to the summer months!

Matt Scheidell @photo_jawns likes to shoot with his Canon AE-1 or Nikon One Touch using a variety of film
stocks, though his favorite at the moment is Kodacolor 200. He prefers film over digital because film feels more like a memory. He was inspired by the photographs he saw while browsing endless amounts of skateboarding magazines, which led him to take a photography class in high school, and he has been shooting ever since!
