First HYROX!🤍

Got to compete in my first hyrox in SLC with the best partner @_will.wood_ ☺️
Had a few cramps along the way and went into it sick, but it was such a fun time and had Will cheering me on side by side🫶

2 years since my life changed❤️‍🩹

I’ll never forget the day I hit my head and got diagnosed with PCS (post concussion syndrome). However, this summer has been the most productive one yet! I don’t even think about my head and the effects it had on my daily life and training anymore🥹 I feel as though I have grown in ways I would’ve never imagined and continue to grow and be grateful for the sport and life I have🫶

Thank you to everyone as always for sticking with me through it and watching my journey to heal!

I can finally breathe!🥹

Having broken my nose 10 years ago, to breaking it a few times since, and lastly 2 years ago when I hit my head really bad, I finally got surgery to fix it!

This surgery showed me how far I’ve come🫶
After dealing with my PCS (post concussion syndrome) symptoms the past few years, I never had a chance to address my nose. I’ve been unable to breathe out of it for too long and I am excited to see the life changes this brings! To me, this surgery is a huge next step in recovery and shows how much I’ve been able to grow🩷

Thank you so much to all the recovery wishes❤️ as well as @uofuhealth @universityofutah and Dr. Alt for performing the surgery and making me feel safe!
Finally big thank you to @amy.macuga (mom🥰) for being with me all day and @_will.wood_ for helping me with recovery after❤️
