Goodbye 2025. Just like that… the hardest year of my life (so far) is complete! It was scary, it was unhealthy, it was hard, but it was beautiful and I’ve never been more thankful to be alive. I’m thankful for great people, God, and a positive outlook. Cheers to another trip around the sun, Happy New Year, Don’t forget to smile!!!! :) by @allie.curth

Track ‘24-‘25, where do I even begin? This won’t be my usual post so if you chose to read, bear with me :)

For those who don’t know, I spent my junior year of high school and my junior track season with lots of health scares. While I won’t get into too much detail, I wanted to begin by thanking my coaches, God, my teammates, friends, and family for supporting me through the hardest year and season of my life. Lots of my track season was filled with tears, new medications, doctor visits, and medical episodes both on and off the track. While you likely saw me cheering, smiling, and jumping up and down, I was constantly at new appointments and fearing what the next day would bring, as well as having lots of 1:1 chats with doctors and coaches behind the scenes. If it weren’t for the quick action of some particular teammates and coaches, I don’t know where I’d be right now. This post isn’t for pity, but instead, a post to prove that YOU CAN. You can do hard things, you can make it through those struggles, and you can keep going when things get hard. In hopes that I get to compete next year (knowing I might not be able to), my senior season is going to be one heck of a season! I wasn’t going to post about the health aspects of my year, however, it truthfully is what consumed my junior year. For the positives, I had the best support, I still went to every meet to support (even when I wasn’t cleared to participate myself), and I still got new PRs and ran in sectionals! Thank you track ‘24-‘25 for putting me through heck and for teaching me that I am capable of more than I could ever have imagined. :) by @allie.curth

Nashville, you were amazing! During a last-minute trip to Nashville, we got to see Henry and Jack’s new house, visit one of my dad’s former military bases, tour the country music hall of fame and museum, swim, explore broadway, line dance, and SO much more. I’ve been waiting to come here since I was little girl, and it definitely lived up to my expectations. I can’t wait for our next trip out here! 🤠🩵 taken in Nashville, Tennessee by @allie.curth
