I’ve always loved having our alumni back in the gym. It’s wonderful to reconnect and celebrate the traditions and memories that helped shape our program. #volleyballtraining #volleyball #volleyballlife #volleyballcoach by @allied9

And for the lady, perhaps a girls trip to NYC? by @allied9

30 brought a lot of new and big things, but I guess that’s fitting for a new decade. I decided to retire from pro volleyball, got into a really scary car accident, fled a war, then moved out of my childhood home and officially have bills for the first time ever 🤢 honestly not very 30 fun and flirty imo.. But there were certainly lots of good moments and excitement in there too - and good people 🤍 31 kinda seems like a dumb age tho so if anyone asks, I’m about 30 give or take 😋🥳 by @allied9

The best outsides I know all share this: short memory.
Watching Allie develop from club to college to 8 seasons as a professional has been one of the great privileges of coaching. #VolleyballLife
