Late post, but I think my brain and body have just now fully recovered from my trip through most of the Golden State. While I’m not happy about why it was necessary, the silver lining about cutting my trip short was that driving another 1-1.5K miles might’ve been a bit more of an undertaking than I was prepared for. Plus I got to spend more time enjoying scenery and loved ones with it being “only” 2K+ miles. Taking Theo to the beach, seeing the Redwoods, and driving down the coast to Los Angeles made for quite the memorable adventure. However the next vacation will involve a plane and more stationary fun 😂

Friendly locals out here in the NorCal woods

Didn’t make it to where they filmed The Goonies, but being in Endor would’ve made tiny Jesse insanely happy-even if we didn’t see any Ewoks

We know who Theo’s favorite cousin is

Don’t ever change, San Francisco

So happy to have more family in the same time zone (until DST ends)

Did a double take when I saw how many miles I drove by @alliegillis_
